It’s a far-reaching and varied field that includes developing and managing sales measurement models, analyzing our strategic priorities and identifying new areas of opportunity. From evaluating sales incentive plans to diagnosing sales force training needs, it’s about improving both the quality and quantity of sales activities.
What You'll Do
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators across the revenue funnel, with a focus on driving operational insights and highlighting growth opportunities.
- Product level Adoption Metrics Monitoring: Track and report low adoption accounts from a product adoption perspective to assist customer success, sales and other teams in proactive engagement strategies. Collaborate with product and customer success teams to refine these metrics to ensure they align with product roadmaps and business goals.
- Data Integration: Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to ensure proper data integration and accuracy across all relevant databases, including CRM, ERP, and product usage systems.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the accessibility of data for all teams involved in revenue operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously optimize Power BI dashboards and reporting processes to adapt to evolving business needs and technology advancements.
The Experience You Bring
- Proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, DAX), SQL, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Excel. Experience with ETL processes and data modeling is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Data Analyst role within a SaaS company is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify key insights, and communicate findings effectively.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality in all reports and analyses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Bonus Points If You Have
- SaaS industry experience
- Revenue or Sales Operations experience

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our Vancouver hub ranges from $70,000 - $87,000 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
