As a Channel Partner Marketing Manager at Justworks, you are a strategic and dynamic professional driven to forge strong partnerships across diverse channels such as Brokers, Accountants, and Business Services. You excel in fast-paced environments and are skilled in developing and executing marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and drive revenue. Your role involves blending high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging your deep understanding of partner ecosystems and a passion for innovative marketing solutions and data-driven storytelling to achieve top-of-funnel and customer growth in key partner verticals.

You’ll help articulate the value of Justworks’ partnership program to prospective and current channel partners by identifying and translating insights into actionable initiatives, managing campaigns across the marketing funnel, building out our channel partner content library, and collaborating across teams on new initiatives. You’ll work on market research and analysis that drives ongoing audience definition and influences our overarching partner growth and acquisition strategy. 

Working cross-functionally with partnership teams, sales, and marketing, you will develop and implement acquisition and revenue-driving partner marketing initiatives. You will monitor marketing analytics and develop a point of view on how we position our product and provide the right solution to the right audience.  This role is ideal for a marketing professional passionate about understanding partner audience needs, translating to communicate to non-technical / non-expert stakeholders, and driving revenue generation through their marketing efforts.

What You Will Work On

  • Craft ideal partner profiles for key segments, such as brokers and VCs, to align with Justworks’ products: PEO, Payroll, and International offerings.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Design and implement training programs to empower partners to effectively refer Justworks, support mutual clients, and manage transactional activities.
  • Optimize the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system with tailored enablement materials, content, and resources, including streamlined communications.
  • Develop and execute ongoing education opportunities, utilize Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and co-marketing investments, and showcase partner testimonials and case studies to demonstrate the value of Justworks’ partnership program.
  • Prioritize accountants as a key content target due to their role in driving payroll adoption.
  • Oversee content creation, event management, and campaign management for partner channels.
  • Lead strategic planning of partnership events to align with marketing objectives.
  • Work with marketing, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to drive co-marketing opportunities, onboard partner referrals, and influence the product roadmap.
  • Identify and build relationships with marketing stakeholders at partner firms for joint marketing activities.
  • Become an expert in Justworks’ products, features, and workflows to effectively communicate value propositions to partners.
  • Drive revenue through partner-generated client referrals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years in marketing, with at least 3 years focused on partner or channel marketing.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and experience in managing multi-faceted marketing programs.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with teams across marketing, sales, product management, and more.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasive presentations and relationship building.
  • Experience using CRMs, PRMs, and marketing automation tools to track and analyze campaign performance and ROI.
  • Experience in the HR solutions, payroll, or PEO industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $142,500.00 - $156,750.00 per year.
