You will collaborate with Global Information Security leadership and Security Architecture to align security initiatives with company goals. You will drive the optimization and automation of security measures applied to products, ensuring strong risk management and compliance with industry standards, supporting efforts to shift left and secure our products. Your role will involve multi-functional collaboration with security teams dedicated to building solutions, enterprise engineering, operations, and governance. You will also engage closely with Aristocrat Labs and Product Development teams to effectively mitigate security threats as needed. What You'll Do

  • Lead a group of cybersecurity engineers in the creation, deployment, and upkeep of the organization's product security measures.
  • Support the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of product development practices.
  • Collaborate with Security Architecture in choosing, evaluating, implementing, overseeing, operating, automating, and sustaining Aristocrat's protective systems for the product.
  • Align and complete Global Information Security’s strategy and program roadmap developed and maintained by Security Architecture.
  • Develop product security engineering rigor, standards, and effective operations.
  • Partner with cybersecurity operations, attack surface management, and threat intelligence for continuous control improvement activities.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and effective metrics & reporting related to product security measures for critical applications to, and for, executive-level management.
  • Aid in following up on product security issues or prospects for improving security risk.
  • Provide domain expertise on cybersecurity standards, strategies, and areas of opportunity to optimize product security practices & controls.
  • Stay ahead of emerging security trends, technologies, and threats, making recommendations to improve Aristocrat’s security posture.
  • Develop and apply product security procedures and technical security requirements, including documentation for developer usage of product security controls.
  • Support acquisition due diligence for information security risks and support control development for integration.
  • Manage vulnerabilities and assist with incident response activities as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of multifaceted experience leading information technology and/or product security teams in engineering, building, or operations.
  • Proven experience working with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Proven experience with product security functions and safeguards including Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) Technologies, Static Application Security Testing (SAST) tools, Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) tools, Software Composition Analysis (SCA) tools, and Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) tools.
  • Familiarity with Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) SAMM (Software Assurance Maturity Model) framework.
  • Experienced knowledge of information security technologies, networking, cloud, and infrastructure architecture in a global capacity required.
  • Proven ability to develop and track key performance metrics

Deepgram is looking for a Staff Product Analyst to accelerate our evolution from a single-product transcription company to a comprehensive voice AI platform. You'll be the first product analyst on our team, reporting to our VP of Product and partnering directly with product managers and designers to build the measurement infrastructure and experimentation frameworks that help us scale self-serve and product adoption.

As the founding analyst, you'll establish the analytics foundation for our product team—building pipelines, defining frameworks, and creating the systems that help product managers, designers, and engineers make faster, and more impactful decisions. You'll start with a laser focus on our self-serve funnel, driving conversion from signup to first programmatic API/SDK request, knowing that this optimization directly feeds both self-serve revenue and sales-qualified leads. As you establish this foundation, your scope will expand to help identify patterns across our multi-product portfolio and inform strategic investment decisions.

  • Own the analytics strategy for self-serve growth—design experiments, build measurement infrastructure, and drive insights that increase conversion from signup to first programmatic request
  • Build robust, repeatable analytics pipelines and dashboards from the ground up using Superset and Heap Analytics
  • Partner directly with product managers and designers to define success metrics, establish baselines, and instrument products correctly
  • Design and analyze experiments across the developer journey, with deep understanding of API/SDK adoption patterns
  • Collaborate with analytics partners in Marketing and Sales to connect product usage signals with acquisition, activation, and downstream sales outcomes, building a holistic view of the end-to-end PLG funnel

The inventory controller role is responsible for coordinating all inventory processes related to Inventory Accuracy, ERP System transactions and process documentation across the Australian Integration Centre (AIC) and Field Services to meet customer demands and inventory targets. System1 is building the next generation of AI Agent–powered consumer products — and we’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to take the helm. You’ll drive our most ambitious AI initiatives from concept to commercialization, blending hands-on product incubation with P&L ownership. This is a high-visibility, entrepreneurial role for a hands-on builder who can validate fast, ship prototypes, and grow early wins into scalable businesses.

What You’ll Do:- Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI Agent–based mobile and web products from prototype to scale.

  • Incubate and grow consumer subscription experiences powered by AI Agents — spanning productivity, personalization, and knowledge verticals.
  • Define and manage subscription economics, including pricing, retention, and churn optimization.
  • Partner with Analytics on end-to-end revenue tracking, analytics, and attribution, ensuring clarity on LTV, CAC, ROI, and unit economics.
  • Partner with data, marketing, and finance to develop multi-touch attribution models and optimize growth funnels.
  • Translate emerging AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and agent frameworks) into differentiated, scalable user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing to bring AI prototypes to market quickly and efficiently.
  • Establish and track key success metrics while maintaining full P&L accountability for your product lines.
  • Mentor peer PMs and help define System1’s frameworks for AI-native consumer product development.

What You’ll Bring:- 7+ years of product management experience, including consumer mobile apps or subscription-based products.

  • At least 2 years demonstrable  experience with LLM’s and Agentic frameworks.
  • Proven record of P&L ownership and growing revenue in consumer tech. You celebrated your successes, and learnt hard lessons from failures.
  • Strong understanding of subscription funnels, retention analytics, and mobile attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).
  • Demonstrated ability to take AI products from concept to market, ideally including experience with LLMs, APIs, and agent frameworks.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in low code Application development platforms. (Replit, Lovable, v0 etc). You can go beyond basic prototyping.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset; fluent with experimentation, A/B testing, and growth metrics.
  • Strong technical fluency and collaboration skills with engineering, AI/ML, and design.
  • A builder’s mentality — entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Excellent storytelling and stakeholder alignment skills.
