THE ROLE

We are seeking a Product Manager to manage the relationship with our Payment Processing partner. You will be taking ownership of this relationship and working with them on various improvement projects that our client is undertaking. Your day-to-day will involve

• Responding to employee inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues with hardware, software, and occasionally home-based network connectivity.
• Documenting and escalating complex issues to the IT Manager.

• Assisting with employee on/offboarding tasks.

Experience
