Job Description
CoreWeave is looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. At CoreWeave, we are building the next generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. This role will provide three to four Director-level leaders of the Engineering Department with administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure and a good sense of humor.
The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the engineering leaders. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with executives inside and outside of the company is critical. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. The ideal candidate must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple time zones.
- Make all travel arrangements.
- Proactively develop positive working relationships with key partners and vendors, as well as across internal departments.
- Collaborate with other assistants to organize and execute team activities. (all-hands, off-sites, team social events)
- Handle expense reports and reconciliation.
- Work closely with other assistants on collaborative company-wide projects and initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience providing administrative assistance
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
- Light project management and event planning experience
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- High levels of integrity and discretion
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision, coordinating with staff across multiple locations and time zones.
- Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom preferred
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000-$90,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
