About the Role:
As the Continuous Improvement Leader at CoreWeave, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our global supply chain operations. You will be responsible for driving supply chain excellence through strategic process improvements, lean methodologies, technology roadmaps, and data-driven decision making. You will optimize supply chain operations, enhance internal stakeholders and customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve supply chain processes (procurement, inventory management, logistics, distribution, etc.) by developing and executing transformational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Implement Lean principles and tools (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.) across all supply chain functions to identify and eliminate waste, reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to measure supply chain performance.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and root causes.
- Create actionable insights to inform supply chain strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, data center operations, engineering, etc.) to execute projects and actions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employee engagement and idea generation.
- Communicate improvement initiatives and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage supply chain improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and ROI.
- Develop business cases and proposals to secure resources and funding.
- Monitor and report project progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (supplier performance, global events, inventory management, etc.)
- Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement leadership, Supply Chain management or related role.
- Proven experience in driving supply chain improvements and cost savings.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, Lean methodologies, and data analysis and problem solving tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (Netsuite preferred).
- Experience in the High Performance Compute sector is a plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000-$135,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
