Job Description

About the Role:

The Data Center Security Manager Lead (DCSM Lead) is responsible for all of the job duties listed in the Data Center Security Manager (DCSM) role.  The DCSM Lead has additional responsibilities, which include:

  • Manage special programs for high-visibility customer delivery
  • Work directly with customer physical security teams for project tracking and deliverables
  • Work with CoreWeave Senior DC Operations to develop standards and Basis of Design (BoD) baseline
  • Manage regional growth, including new site evaluations
  • Author and champion new policies and standards
  • Participate in DCSM new hire interviews
  • Support the Physical Security Program Managers (PSPM) with ongoing electronic security projects
  • The DCSM Lead is required to have completed CoreWeave’s EasyLlama Interview Training module in Notion

+ CPP or PSP certification from ASIS

+ Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $105,000-$125,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
