What You’ll Do:
CoreWeave is going through significant growth as we scale to support our customers. We need to build the next generation of our HR systems to effectively recruit, onboard, and develop talent across the company. We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the Director of HR Systems. This newly created role reports to the Chief Information officer of the company. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing our engineering stack to support our HR and Legal teams. You will play a pivotal role in bolstering our capabilities and driving the growth of the company.
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for CoreWeave’s internal IT function, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and industry best practices.
- Manage and enhance HRIS systems, including recruiting, people management, benefits, expenses, and talent management.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure systems effectively support the company’s growing workforce, focusing on scalability and global capabilities.
- Investigate potential supplemental or replacement HRIS systems to meet the growing needs of the business.
- Automate and integrate multiple IT systems to support efficient onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Support the legal team in creating efficient workflows to track various contracts with the right access controls.
- Implement strong security and compliance practices from the outset to ensure the company can scale efficiently without compromising security.
- Oversee support for hundreds of end users, ensuring a high level of service, with plans to scale as the workforce grows.

Who You Are
- 10+ years in a senior leadership role, with a track record of building and scaling IT organizations and managing large complex projects in high-growth environments.
- Proven experience in developing financial systems, supply chain systems, and sales workflows. Ability to work closely with cross-functional partners across sales, finance, engineering, and product teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- MBA or Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $200,000-$225,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
