Job Description
Position Overview:
CoreWeave is experiencing a crucial growth phase, and we’re building out a talented Sales Management team. As a front-line manager, you will lead a team of 5 Enterprise Account Executives, each overseeing a mix of new and strategic relationships. Your responsibilities will include providing 1:1 coaching and guiding the strategic direction of this new team. This role requires significant cross-functional collaboration, involving regular interaction with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Product, and Executive Leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a group of 3-5 Account Executives and provide them with mentorship.
- Ensure the team exceeds goals in new business, upsell, renewals, retention, and activation.
- Cultivate and maintain a high-performing team culture.
- Enhance team output and efficiency by optimizing systems and processes.
- Create forecasts and analyze performance data
- Develop and execute career development and leadership programs.
- Oversee daily activities and quota performance management of individual Account Managers to ensure key performance metrics are met.
- Build dashboards in Salesforce and other tools to monitor customer success and team performance.
- Hire and train new Account Executives quickly on solutions, personas, competition, tools, training, and role-plays.
- Coach and mentor on sales skills, call feedback, and lead enablement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing sales or account management teams with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
- Success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally with Enterprise companies.
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience selling to Enterprise organizations as an individual contributor, with a proven track record of exceeding goals. Experience in cross-selling is a plus.
- Strong executive presence – very comfortable with C-level executives, especially CTOs
- Proficient in using data and analytics for decision-making process improvement to scale the team and enhance efficiency
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with superior communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to recruit top talent and thoughtful approach to team planning and development.
- Proven track record of negotiating, structuring, and executing complex sales agreements.
- Proficient in Salesforce

- Experience at a hyperscaler or a high-growth start-up
- Management of a team focused on new and existing business
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this position ranges from $300,000—$350,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
