About the Role:
As the Senior Manager, Quality at CoreWeave, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our global supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of our reverse logistics operations, including returns, exchanges, and product repairs. You will be responsible for creating and implementing new RMA processes from scratch, as well as optimizing existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a robust QMS aligned with industry regulations and best practices.
- Develop and implement quality control plans for products and services.
- Partner with Engineering, DC Operations and other departments to integrate quality principles throughout the product lifecycle (Control Plans, PFMEA, etc.).
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides for deployment assets, etc.
- Establish FPY baseline and engage with external vendors during NPI to drive improvements.
- Implement appropriate supplier performance metrics and management around quality, in collaboration with FleetOps, Supply Chain, and Data Center Operations.
- Create and implement new RMA processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and customer-centric.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the RMA process, including receiving, inspecting, repairing/replacing, and disposing of returned products.
- Identify and analyze data to identify trends and root causes of observed failures.
- Develop and implement corrective actions both within the organization and externally with suppliers.
- Work with cross-functional teams, such as Customer Service, Operations, and Engineering, to resolve customer issues and facilitate efficient returns processing.
- Prepare and present reports on RMA activities and quality performance metrics.
- Continuously improve on developed quality processes by identifying and implementing new technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a quality, reverse logistics or related role.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing RMA processes from scratch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (Netsuite preferred).
- Experience with lean principles is a plus.
- Experience in the High Performance Compute sector is a plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $180,000-$210,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Hybrid Workplace
Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our NJ Headquarters within their first several weeks of employment, with subsequent quarterly travel requirements of 1 week duration.
