What You Will Be Doing
- Write actionable and concise functional specifications that align with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility
- Drive user research and data-informed decisions by combining qualitative research methods, quantitative analytics, and educational outcomes data to shape product strategy and enable continuous improvement
- Develop a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives, defines measurable product goals, and prioritizes features based on impact
What You Won’t Be Doing
- A project manager or program manager role
- Focusing on incremental improvements or improving existing tech
- Making important decisions based on gut instincts, opinions, or personal experience
- Using AI as a side project or in simplistic ways, like as a writing coach or a search engine
Senior Product Manager Key Responsibilities
- Improve student outcomes through the development of innovative EdTech products that drive 2x learning speed and 2-hour daily study efficiency
Basic Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a product management role focused on defining functional requirements and driving business outcomes
- Professional experience using AI tools to automate workflows and streamline decision-making

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
