For one of our clients, we are looking for a Staff Product Manager, Banking, remotely from United States.

In this role, you will own the development of key banking features for self-employed customers, overseeing the roadmap and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features that ensure a smooth, compliant, and reliable experience for users. You will be responsible for managing product strategy and prioritizing new initiatives based on data and user feedback. Working closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams, you'll drive the full lifecycle of banking features from concept to execution, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the creation and maintenance of the banking product roadmap, balancing business needs, user feedback, and data insights to drive feature development
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance) to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant product launches
  • Own and drive the business KPIs, using data-driven decision-making to prioritize and refine features
  • Establish and manage OKRs and regularly review progress towards business goals with your team
  • Act as the primary product owner for banking features such as ACH transfers, wire transfers, bill pay, and reconciliation, ensuring smooth and reliable operations

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of leading end-to-end product development
  • Direct experience working with payments, money movement, or financial products is essential
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities, develop product strategies, and execute them successfully
  • Strong ability to prioritize and make data-informed decisions using both qualitative and quantitative inputs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders and users
