The Account Executive will focus on growing CarGurus' existing customer base in the US market by building strong relationships within a book of dealer clients. Within the Consumer Marketing team, the Performance Marketing team is responsible for driving multimillion-dollar traffic acquisition campaigns aimed at continuing strengthening our position as a top online car shopping website. We’re looking for a highly-analytical and self-motivated individual to join our team at CarGurus.

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for assessing industry trends and marketing and product performance to inform investment decisions, as well as owning data analysis across markets to optimize efficiency of our program.  In this role, you will work cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Finance to provide novel insights in support of our strategic decision-making.  This role is a combination of analytics, strategy, and marketing.   • Own traffic forecasting and financial modeling to inform consumer marketing investment – including analyzing historical performance as well as market, competitive and media landscape dynamics to determine optimal monthly budget across all markets and products
  • Build, manage and optimize paid performance campaigns in our international markets
  • Measure performance of existing initiatives and conduct data-driven analysis to identify optimization and growth opportunities.

Who You Are:

The FP&A team is looking to hire an experienced, highly motivated Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, to help shape the future of CarOffer. As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will partner with the CarOffer team in driving decision-making and results through detailed financial analysis and modeling. Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, this specialized role will closely collaborate with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, along with other departments, to support the company’s strategic objectives while keeping costs predictable. Your goal is to develop a deep understanding of the organization and partner with leaders to align financial goals and help drive performance. The successful candidate will specifically demonstrate a strong aptitude for interpreting, analyzing, and communicating complex business issues, and independently identifying opportunities for improvement. Problem-solving, prioritization, and attention to detail are critical. This position offers multiple opportunities to showcase analytical skills.

The core functions of the role include supporting the annual operating plan, monthly and ad hoc forecast, long-range planning, complex modeling, and month-end reporting processes while ensuring we maintain flexibility and continuously support the strategic objectives.  

  

What you'll do

  • Fully manage GTM P&L including topline revenue metrics, resource allocation, headcount, and Opex management for key sales functions by partnering with business leaders; assist where needed with pricing, packaging, and creation of new dealer models.
  • Serve as a cross-functional finance business partner organization and handle departmental headcount, budget, and development and tracking of meaningful critical metrics to measure efficiencies and return on investment analysis.
  • Work closely with the Revenue operations team to design, build, and implement a new revenue planning tool, support quota/commission planning, and analyze results of quota carrying sales representatives.
  • Create and support development of Board of Directors presentations, new executive dashboards, and new KPIs. Create executive review materials that consolidate and communicate financial and operational strategy.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of business operations/drivers to independently perform profitability analysis for new and existing business opportunities; present findings to senior management.
  • Create, develop and implement repeatable business, operational and financial processes, partnering closely with the accounting team, to identify key areas of improvement for maximum efficiency.
  • Perform and support ad-hoc requests, including corporate initiatives and reporting.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related major required.
  • Prior experience: 7-10 years of FP&A, finance business partnering, and/or consulting.
  • Exceptional quantitative and financial modeling with high proficiency in Excel, G-Suite applications, and BI tools; Adaptive Insights and NetSuite experience a plus.
  • Ability to thrive and multi-task in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced environment; start-up or experience developing new models and processes is strongly preferred

About the Role:

The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for developing and automating the technologies that power CoreWeave. This candidate is responsible for helping develop the synergies between existing internal technologies, and evaluate new technologies in order to deliver on IT’s productivity commitments to the broader organization. This person must thrive in working within a high functioning, rapid pace team, delivering high quality, repeatable and sustainable IT solutions. This person will be an individual contributor, working alongside other motivated engineers and technologists, and directly responsible for executing hands-on testing, configuration, and implementation of bleeding edge technologies to support the productivity within CoreWeave.

To be successful as an IT Systems Engineer, you should have an in-depth knowledge of various hardware and software technologies, including IDPs, MDMs, internal communication tools, and the middleware needed to connect multiple independent tools together. You have led POCs with new tools in the past, and have implemented new technologies at scale. Top candidates will have strong scripting skills and are not afraid to get into the weeds of internal IT software in order to deliver results needed from internal IT infrastructure and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior level technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for Engineering and Security teams,
  • Manage user access and security through our Identity Provider to ensure secure administration of all IT systems
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration: Integrate applications and systems with Okta for seamless single sign-on experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SSO integrations. Remove applications as required.
  • Identity Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of user identities, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications. Implement and maintain automated workflows for user onboarding and off-boarding.
  • Create and manage access policies to improve security and adhere to compliance standards.
  • Administer and optimize VDI solutions to provide a seamless and secure virtual desktop experience. Collaborate with end-users and IT teams to troubleshoot VDI-related issues and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Security teams to coordinate on IT policies.
  • Build policies and scripts using vendor APIs to support company owned devices and SaaS services such as Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes, and training material to internal employees and IT staff
  • Work with Security, PeopleOps and IT to develop automated onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Develop tooling and processes to facilitate end-user asset management, provisioning and tracking.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal teams to drive initiatives.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience administering SaaS applications such as Okta (Okta Identity Engine & Identity Governance), Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts and practices.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft, Linux and Mac users
  • Developing automation workflows and integrations for repetitive or manual tasks
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools and Git
  • Experience in one or more programming languages (Python/Go)
