About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Global Supply Manager - US to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between demand forecasts and optimized supply. While your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient material and inventory management through meticulous tracking and mapping, you will also gain valuable experience in contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of our demand planning processes.

Responsibilities

  • Determine and communicate supply needs on numerous projects, based on collaboration with engineering and historical consumption models.
  • Identify optimal material and inventory levels to meet projected demand while minimizing holding costs.
  • Track purchase orders, supplier lead times, and inventory locations to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials.
  • Develop and implement supply visibility tools and reports to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify and communicate potential supply chain disruptions and proactively propose solutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory buffer strategies to handle demand fluctuations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field
  • 4+ years demonstrated experience in supply chain engineering in a complex, and/or large-scale manufacturing supply chain environments.
  • 2 + years' experience with world-class inventory management tools such as SAP/IBP.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • While experience in demand planning is not required, candidates with some exposure or an eagerness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $88,000-$120,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This role will report to our Chief Sales Officer.

  • Located in the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience.  IT security product experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • Experience at a startup or pre $100M revenue company is desirable
  • A proven track-record of driving continued partner growth and revenue
  • Knowledge and strong relationships with SMB and SME focused resellers and MSP partners within a multistate region will be necessary

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Bitwarden, you will play a pivotal role as a Product Specialist, acting as the first point of contact for potential customers. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively respond to inbound sales inquiries from potential customers and partners.

The Senior Backend Engineer will be responsible for providing technical leadership, software design and implementation, and driving high-quality back-end system development. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be part of our Applied AI and Machine Learning team. You will work alongside other scientists and engineers in a collaborative environment, contributing features and machine learning models to our core recommender systems and our DaVinci Personalization product.  This is an opportunity to work end-to-end on a large-scale machine-learning system that touches millions of customers, and a chance to continuously learn and help improve our solution as the field evolves.

  • Generate insights into customer behavior and derive modeling ideas for improving our content recommender system

  • Create meaningful machine-learning features that improve our content recommender’s performance measured through offline metrics and online  a/b tests

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience (2+ years)  in a relevant field or industry
  • Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals
  • High comfort level in Python or other programming language
  • Familiarity with an ML stack such as typical scientific Python libraries (pandas, numpy, sklearn, xgboost) or deep learning frameworks (we use Pytorch)
  • Familiarity with data analysis through SQL or a big-data processing framework such as Spark

As a Technical Product Support Specialist, Client Solutions you will be challenged with investigating and resolving complex customer issues escalated by our clients, Client Experience and Solutions teams.

Additionally you will have the opportunity to be innovative and forward-thinking, creating documentation, streamlining processes, and building internal tools and features to address common customer issues and gaps in product functionality.
