We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to help lead AI research and product development efforts. In this role, you’ll be focused on the AI experiences inside and outside of Figma. Your work will help raise the ceiling of what’s possible for designers and lower the floor of who can design, using AI. You’ll collaborate closely with a cutting edge AI Research team, developing new models to enable step change experiences. You’ll also be working with Product and Design teams to envision how interacting with these models will look and feel inside the product.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of AI technology in the design space - its constraints, strengths and weaknesses in a fast evolving environment
  • Understand workflows and use cases for Designers inside of Figma
  • Define a vision and roadmap for AI driven user experiences, motivating model research and guiding product development with clear requirements
  • Partner with a wide range of cross-functional partners across Product, Design, Engineering, Research and Data Science to prioritize model improvements across a range of features
  • Partner with Engineering to set strategy and priorities for teams and projects

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Proven track record of shipping and iterating on AI features that drive impact
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, scrappy environment

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience AI model training, evaluation and iteration
  • Ability to communicate clearly at different altitudes, including driving alignment with senior stakeholders
  • Have an affinity for the fast-paced, changing environment of a start-up, a sense of humor and get-it-done personality
  • Experience scaling AI solutions across multiple internal teams through frameworks and best practices
  • Partnering with academic institutes and other research organizations

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. About The Role

Cloudflare is looking for a Product Growth Manager to join our Self-Serve Team. Our team is responsible for driving growth across Cloudflare’s large free and self-serve customer base. To do this, we rely on a data-driven, product-led, experimentation-based approach to help customers to see greater value in and adopt more of Cloudflare’s solutions. You are a self-starter who has an in-depth understanding of key drivers for a customer’s lifecycle which are critical to understanding a customer’s experience and their growth on Cloudflare. In this role you’ll act as a bridge across product, product marketing, channel marketing, design and own go-to-market strategy and execution to drive self-serve growth.

Locations: San Francisco, Austin, DC & Los Angeles 

What You’ll Do

  • Understand our customers and their lifecycle on Cloudflare deeply to continually refine target personas and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with product, pricing & monetization, channel marketing, and other teams on GTM strategy for self-serve solutions. 
  • Develop messaging and positioning that drives acquisition, activation, and retention of Cloudflare’s self-serve solutions and products.
  • Partner with channel marketing on end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns: develop campaign strategy, design experiments, and drive execution of programs to drive measurable conversion and retention of Cloudflare’s suite of products and features.
  • Build and launch data-driven experiments and initiatives in partnership with engineering. This includes guiding the prioritization of resources and work to maximize business impact.

You have

  • A strong background in a product-led growth, product management, or product marketing role.
  • Extensive experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and product teams on growth initiatives. 
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with a track record of maintaining a high velocity of experimentation across channels
  • Strong customer empathy and proven experience understanding what drives customer behavior.
  • A data-driven approach with expert understanding of SaaS acquisition and growth metrics, marketing and product analytics and the ability to use data for discovery, measurement, and optimization.
  • Experience providing product related insights, strategy, positioning, and messaging for digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, paid ads, in-product).
  • Exceptional writing skills for email, web, landing pages, ad copy, and more.
  • Comfortability tackling ambiguous and complex problems from strategy to execution.
  • An ownership mentality with a drive to get work across the finish line and achieve results.

Examples Of Desirable Skills, Knowledge, And Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing at SaaS companies.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or product-led growth for SaaS companies
  • 2+ years of experience with CRO, A/B and multivariate testing
  • An outcome-oriented mindset with a track record of driving actual business results (like user growth and revenue).
  • Experience addressing ambiguous problems by analyzing relevant qualitative and quantitative data, identifying possible solutions, and implementing solutions.
  • Proficiency creating product requirement documents and test plans, socializing them, and getting sign off from stakeholders.
  • Experience working with engineering teams is a major plus.
  • Fluency in a variety of tools commonly found in the modern marketing stack like Amplitude, Google Analytics, Iterable, Adobe Target, etc…
  • Obsessive about data and metrics and strong ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g. email, in-product behavior, product usage). Acronyms like CTR, CTOR, CAC, CPA, LTV, CR are not foreign to you. 
  • Ability to write SQL is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and strategy of LinkedIn’s Core AI products. Interface with other product teams across the company to understand the product ecosystem and prioritize the top product problems that need to be solved by AI technologies.
  • Build a roadmap of the technology solutions (either improvements to the existing models or potential new models that could be developed).

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience or equivalent role.
  • BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
  • Experience in analytics and AI-driven products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Experience shipping consumer or enterprise products with AI especially embeddings and large-language models.
  • Proven skills to innovate based on deep understanding of emerging AI technologies.
  • The desire to drive product development as a senior individual contributor Product Manager - focused on execution of the responsibilities of a PM, rather than managing other PMs.
  • Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

The Commercial Counsel will provide guidance on a variety of commercial legal issues, including by drafting and negotiating  Order Forms, Master Service Agreements and Data Privacy Agreements, and responding to compliance related requests  from internal parties, clients and other external parties. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • A JD from an accredited law school with admission to a state bar

  • Solid understanding of commercial contract terms (e.g., intellectual property rights, indemnification, and limitations of liability) and the ability to translate that understanding into redlines and articulate in negotiations.
  • Basic knowledge of data privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA; experience in negotiating Data Privacy Agreements is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiating, legal drafting, and communication skills.

Description

As a Product Designer at Paycom, you will take a central role in creating design solutions for our software that align with our design principles of simple, consistent, automated and intuitive and align with our long-term vision and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include designing interfaces for both existing and new screens across web and mobile applications. What You’ll Do

  • You’ll work alongside UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers to develop a holistic design vision and strategy for best in class human and service level authentication experiences.

Role Description

The Dropbox Core team is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft exceptional product experiences that delight our customers. With a strong foundation in design craft and quality, you’ll join a team dedicated to enhancing the Web experience—a critical platform that drives the highest traffic for Dropbox. Your mission will involve delivering impactful UX and visual improvements that elevate feature adoption, utilization, and retention for key functionalities most valued by our customers.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers to transform business challenges, product hypotheses, and feature requests into tangible, quantifiable, and solvable customer problems.   • Collaboration: Building strong partnerships with Product Management and Engineering teams to align on the most valuable and feasible ideas. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in UX-related roles.
  • Exceptional craft and attention to detail in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
  • Proficiency with prototyping tools to showcase complex features and web flows.
  • Proven track record of launching and iterating on products with a focus on business and customer impact.
  • Strong customer obsession with extensive experience leveraging UX research for foundational insights and iterative design.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional partners, including designers, researchers, PMs, data scientists, and engineers.
  • Experience spanning the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

In the Product Design 3 role, you will be working on a team under the Bowerman Footwear Lab organization on early footwear concepts and ideas for various teams across global footwear. These teams can range from Nike innovation or performance and lifestyle teams within the Fields of Play.

You may also collaborate with other members from design teams including product, materials, color, and computational designers as part of a creative collective on projects. You will also work closely with several other teams within the Bowerman Footwear Lab who are helping support other parts of the same project such as concept creators, engineers, mold and tooling designers, tool makers, programmers, and technicians.
