What You’ll Do:
CoreWeave is going through very significant growth as we scale to support our customers. In this newly created role, the Director for Data Infrastructure will be responsible for developing our technology stack to support our data needs across a variety of different stakeholders. You will own the centralized data architecture and repository for all internal business reporting and analytics across all functions. You will report directly to the Chief Information Officer and play a pivotal role in managing, scaling, and optimizing our company’s data infrastructure to ensure data is available, reliable, and secure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data infrastructure strategy that aligns with CoreWeave’s business objectives and IT roadmap.
- Collaborate with the CIO, CFO, CISO, and other business leaders to create a roadmap for data infrastructure growth and scalability to support business needs.
- Collaborate with data analytics, engineering, and product teams to understand data requirements and design solutions accordingly.
- Develop policies and processes for data quality, consistency, and integrity across all data sources.
- Implement strong security and compliance practices from the outset to ensure CoreWeave can scale efficiently without compromising security.
- Experiment with new technologies and methodologies to improve data accessibility, processing speed, and scalability.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, proactively identifying areas for innovation within the data infrastructure and CoreWeave’s IT function.
- Build a high-performing team capable of managing complex data systems and driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee support for 1K+ end users, ensuring a high level of service, with plans to scale as the workforce grows.

Who You Are:
- 10+ years in a senior leadership role, with a track record of building and scaling IT organizations and managing large complex projects in high-growth environments.
- Well-versed in presenting data infrastructure initiatives, goals, and results to senior leadership, including the CIO, CFO, and other executive leaders.
- Proven experience in developing data infrastructure systems. Ability to work closely with cross-functional partners across sales, finance, engineering, and product teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- MBA or Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $200,000-$225,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
