How You'll Make An Impact
Join us as a Director Sales Compensation reporting to our VP of Revenue Operations team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. This role supports the team, and the greater organization by creating and executing one of the most motivating Sales Comp Plans in the industry. Central to the growth and success of our sales force, this leader balances the interests of the field, with our highly audacious growth goals, to ensure we are able to deliver at the highest quality while scaling for our perpetual growth. As a Director of Sales Compensation, you will be responsible for empowering data driven decision making, analyzing, and providing a point of view on programs, execution and our next investment. You will work with each of the respective operations teams, Channel, Sales, Customer Success, Services and Support and more. Equally, this person will focus on process improvement and scale, to position Boomi for it continue growth plans, and create efficiencies for the good of the team and our stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Compensation professionals who deliver best in class work every day
- Develop, implement, and review the key KPIs and metrics that are the lifeblood of our growth plan.
- Work cross functionally to project manage the launch of critical initiatives
- Support the growth of our ever expanding sales force
- Build compensation programs to motivate our top notch sales talent
- Innovate news ways to improve yield on investment, and Go To Market (GTM) efficiency
- Find areas for efficiency and scale
The Experience You Bring
- 5+ yrs Sales Compensation Experience experience
- Highly organized, with project management experience, with a bias toward automation and scale.
- Comp plan creation and execution
- Strategic partner to field leadership, to get them what they need
- Systems and automation oriented (SFDC, Xactly, Power BI, etc)
- Creative problem solver, leverage prior experience and logic to get us to the best, fastest, outcome possible
- Experience as a motivating People Leader
- Bachelor’s degree
Bonus Points If You Have
- MBA
- Global leadership experience a plus
- Experience with Xactly, as Boomi’s chosen Sales Comp Tool
Compensation and Benefits
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA ranges from $160,000- $186,000. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. An overview of our benefits can be found here. We have a strong preference for a candidate based in one of our Hub locations in Denver, Vancouver or Conshohocken.
