Job Description
The Executive Coordinator will provide administrative, coordination, and project-based support to the senior leaders of Movable Ink’s Go-to-Market team, including Sales, Client Experience, Strategy, and Marketing. The person in this role will thrive by building strong relationships across the entire company, and use their in-depth knowledge of each team’s complementary priorities to execute on relevant tasks and initiatives. Responsibilities will evolve regularly, and include significant cross-functional partnership across the business and at all levels. The ideal candidate is flexible, has excellent communication skills and is comfortable navigating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment and engaging with executive leadership. This role is based in our NYC HQ and will need to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Complete relevant administrative tasks for Go-to-Market leaders (e.g. calendar management, travel booking, expense reimbursement, etc.)
- Act as point of contact between Go-to-Market leaders and internal and external colleagues
- Coordinate and execute recurring virtual GTM events, e.g. quarterly business reviews, etc.
- Coordinate and execute recurring & ad hoc in-person GTM onsites/offsites
- Coordinate and execute annual President’s Club event
- Develop understanding of current Go-to-Market tools, systems, and processes, in order to produce reports and presentations, as well as identify areas for improvement
- Develop a 360-degree view of the organization, be able to connect the dots between initiatives, and become proficient with systems relevant to the Go-to-Market team
- Identify, develop, and execute new Go-to-Market initiatives
- Effectively prioritize their own time and the time of their executives, balancing tactical and strategic efforts appropriately
- Track all tasks and initiatives via collaboration tools (e.g. Asana) to ensure effective prioritization
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working in-office (New York City) multiple days per week.
- Go to Market events (e.g. Sales Kickoff, President’s Club) will require in-person coordination and domestic + international travel.
- Comfortable with handling correspondence outside of standard working hours (e.g. evenings and weekends), responding to internal and external communications in a timely manner.
- Varied work experience, including but not limited to: tech, marketing, customer service, non-profit, arts, and/or education
- Adherence to deadlines, ability to define priorities, and attention to detail
- Effective and flexible communicator, in writing and in person - able to communicate with peers, executives, external clients and vendors with the appropriate tone and urgency for the situation
- Emotional intelligence, discretion, flexible work style, excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization with the ability to inspire others to achieve a common objective
- Able to effectively prioritize and balance tactical efforts with strategic ones
- Familiarity with basic slide design (Google Slides and/or PowerPoint)
- Experience with coordination and/or project management; event/production management experience a plus
- Proficiency with Google Suite a plus
The base pay range for this position is $105,000-$120,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
