RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a Lead Product Designer.
Summary:
We are working with a top-tier design agency to find a talented Lead Product Designer. This role requires a hands-on design leader who can take full ownership of product design efforts, working closely with clients to align design solutions with their business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product strategy, design leadership, and collaboration, often stepping into a product owner role to guide both design and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the design strategy for client products, ensuring design aligns with business goals and market needs
- Ownership & Collaboration: Act as a key partner to clients, guiding product direction and decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, stakeholders)
- End-to-End Design: Oversee the full design process from research, ideation, and prototyping to user testing and final delivery
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, presenting and iterating on designs to meet business objectives
- Mentorship & Growth: Guide and support junior designers while ensuring high-quality design outcomes
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with agency or consultancy background preferred
- Strong expertise in UX/UI design and product strategy
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Ability to manage client relationships, communicate design decisions, and balance user needs with business goals
- Experience in a product ownership or leadership role is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
