Job Description
Movable Ink is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our email marketing programs. In this role, you will work cross-functionally on the ideation and delivery of engaging campaigns that captivate our audience, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating impactful email marketing strategies and advanced experience with marketing automation technology. You'll bring exceptional attention to detail, knowledge of email best practices, and a collaborative mindset. The role will be reporting to the Associate Director of Lifecycle Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Email Marketing Strategy: Design and execute impactful email marketing programs that engage current and prospective clients, driving business growth and brand awareness.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create, test, and deploy targeted email campaigns, leveraging segmentation and analytics to optimize performance.
- CRM and Marketing Tools Expertise: Utilize Marketo, Movable Ink Studio (training provided) and Salesforce to manage campaigns, guide performance, and deliver measurable results.
- Attention to Detail and Compliance: Ensure all emails adhere to industry best practices, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and brand guidelines, while creating mobile-friendly and dark-mode compatible templates.
- Reporting and Testing: Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven insights to inform and improve future strategies.
- Collaborative Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines with precision and balancing multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email.
- Solid experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Marketo and Salesforce preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A collaborative and accountable individual who is comfortable multitasking.
- Experience in project management with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
The base pay range for this position is $85,000-95,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
