Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Master Scheduler to join our dynamic team. As the mastermind behind the efficient flow of materials across our data center projects, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness. Your ability to juggle complex schedules, navigate demanding deadlines, and collaborate effectively will be key to our success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain master schedules for raw material delivery for multiple data center projects, considering lead times, material availability, and project milestones.
  • Analyze project specifications and identify material requirements, proactively forecasting needs and securing timely procurement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Project Management, Procurement, Logistics) to ensure seamless delivery and availability of materials on-site.
  • Track material deliveries and manage any discrepancies or delays, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as required to prevent bottlenecks and maintain project timelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and communication of schedule updates.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors.
  • Participate in regular project meetings and provide accurate status reports on material management.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and related planning tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, utilizing spreadsheets and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project scheduling or logistics, ideally within the construction or data center industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex schedules and overcoming unforeseen challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and data analysis tools.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,000-$145,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
