Job Description And Responsibilities

The candidate is a motivated self-starter that can work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. He or she must be a fast learner, have good understanding of product development lifecycle.

Job Scope

  • Lead and manage multiple complex deliverables with many stakeholders, often with competing priorities
  • Product management and promotion including ready-to-launch and ready-to-sell activities at the global level and through collaboration with the regions
  • Create use cases, customer stories, and product requirements to articulate desired features and functionality
  • Understand the requirements of operating as a payment facilitator and work with cross functional teams to ensure our processes address regulatory requirements
  • Outline new business requirements for the Product team to draft, collate, distribute, and deliver to the regions
  • Monitor day to day performance of our platforms, analyze trends, create, own the controls around network capabilities and lead initiatives that will improve customer experiences
  • Support and at times lead our international market expansion initiatives
  • Establish mechanisms to measure results, listen for lessons learned, resolve obstacles, and keep leadership appraised of metrics and value brought by digital efforts
  • Partner closely with UX, engineering, and business teams to design solutions that satisfy customer experience, business, and technology goals
  • Manage post-release feature management measurement of adoption, performance, and the need for reiterations for release in collaboration with product marketing and client success team
  • Lead product utilization research with clients and assess the processes clients are using to manage accounts / payments, gaps in functionality, and opportunities to enhance efficiencies

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced

Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

  • Experience integrating with global clearing systems for real time and cross

border payment systems in treasury banks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2

years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD,

MD)

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Business, Finance or Computer Science preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in product development and or Product management

experience (exposure to financial service / FinTech’s / others

  • Knowledge of Foreign Exchange, SWIFT Payments and formats (MT and

ISO20022).

  • Deep expertise in E2E payment flow in banks and can navigate complex bank

eco systems.

  • Deep expertise in the design and implementation of payments products and

services for Banks, Fintechs, Remitters, P2P Players preferred

  • Experience with the SDLC and leading Initiatives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate

technical concepts as well as business level value propositions to executives,

sales teams and other stakeholders who may not be technical.

  • High energy level, performance oriented and passionate about FinTech’s,

payments B2B industry players, their customers, and emerging technology /

global B2B commerce space

  • Fluency in PowerPoint, Excel and JIRA Experience implementing change

management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Team oriented, collaborative, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills,

including strong oral and writing capabilities.

  • Ability to work constructively in a cross-functional initiative-based governance

structure and lead large, cross-functional teams where there may not be a

direct reporting line

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
