Must have a ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE; an ACTIVE TOP-SECRET is PREFERRED
Position Overview
The Product Manager / Scrum Master is responsible for driving teams to establish, document, and implement governance processes, roles, and communications for the Analytics program. Their job responsibilities include:
- Providing governance to produce products and its components for on-time delivery
- Defining repeatable processes for documentation and reviewing documentation to finalize artifacts
- Developing an actionable roadmap for analytic opportunities and recommending opportunities for growing analytics capabilities to facilitating effective decision making
- Clearly communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical and technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related discipline) and 3+ years of relevant experience
- Product management
- Agile methodology
- Clearance Required: Current Secret
- Must reside in the DC Metro area and be able to attend regularly scheduled in-person meetings
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
- Basic to advanced analytics
- Bank Secrecy Act knowledge
- Scrum master certification
- A Top Secret clearance is preferred
