Senior Developer Key Responsibilities
Spearhead the implementation of AI-driven features that will revolutionize service provider workflows, setting new benchmarks for efficiency and innovation in the industry.
Basic Requirements
- Proven AI-First Mindset: You instinctively leverage AI tools as the primary driver of your development process, not as an afterthought.
- 4+ years of battle-tested experience in software development, with a focus on production-grade server-side web applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud-native development and serverless architectures, particularly within the AWS ecosystem.
- Extensive professional experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev), with a track record of maximizing their potential.
- Verifiable success in implementing Generative AI solutions that have resulted in substantial, quantifiable impact on product performance and user experience.

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
