Senior Director, Revenue Operations
Movable Ink is a software company that provides marketers with technology and expert services to create unique customer experiences.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic-minded Senior Director of Revenue Operations to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing revenue operations team to optimize our revenue-generating processes across the sales, customer success, and marketing departments as well as provide actionable insights to drive our business forward. As a pivotal member of the Business Operations team, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce.com, data analysis and business process to drive efficiency, scalability, and revenue growth. This role will be reporting to the VP of Business Operations in our finance and operations organization.
Responsibilities:
- Advance our data analytics capabilities from descriptive (what happened) to diagnostic (why it happened), predictive (what will happen) and ultimately to prescriptive (what should we do to make it happen)
- Develop a data-driven approach to sales and churn forecasting that leverage both leading and lagging indicators and front-line knowledge of potential outcomes
- Automate and streamline key operational workflows, reporting and dashboards that support our go-to market teams, reducing time spent by both the rev ops team and GTM stakeholders in day-to-day execution
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase Salesforce adoption and productivity across the GTM org, streamlining processes and simplifying our data structure and processes
- Own sales quota, territory and compensation planning - ensuring alignment between each of these pillars
- Manage the Rev ops team and function to ensure we are highly responsive to the needs of the organization, increase team velocity and output, and manage workloads and workflows in a structured and scalable manner
Qualifications:
- At least 10+ years experience in revenue operations, with 3+ years of people leadership experience, preferably in a SaaS organization
- Proven track record of delivering impact across multiple go-to market teams including sales, customer success and marketing
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools including Excel and Tableau
- Expertise in identifying key trends and actionable insights from various and disparate sets of data and communicate in a clear and concise narrative to stakeholders at various levels
- Significant experience with Salesforce.com with deep knowledge of workflows, business processes and data flow
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, economics or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving excellence in revenue operations
The base pay range for this position is $200,000-$225,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
