About the Role

Join us at Keep as a Sr. Product Designer, where your design expertise will directly shape the future of cross-border banking solutions. You’ll lead the design vision and execution for our suite of financial services, ensuring our products are user-centric, visually compelling, and seamlessly integrated into our customers' workflows. Your role will involve improving the overall user experience while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design, product, and engineering.
Who We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in design and product management, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools sulikeketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for design and desire to create delightful user experiences.
- Startup experience preferred
