Opportunity:

Deepgram is looking for a VP of Growth Marketing to lead and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across all marketing channels, including Product-Led Growth (PLG), paid, organic, and enterprise sales efforts. This person will own the full customer acquisition funnel, focusing on both developer and enterprise-focused channels, while optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. The role involves strategic leadership in building brand awareness, demand generation, content marketing, SEO, PLG strategies, paid digital, and marketing operations, while working closely with co-sell partners and the direct sales team to drive enterprise sales. A strong focus on performance analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making will be key to scaling growth.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute growth strategies across PLG, paid, organic, and enterprise sales channels, driving both developer and enterprise customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with co-sell partners to develop joint marketing initiatives that drive enterprise sales and expand Deepgram’s reach.
  • Oversee demand generation, content marketing, SEO, PLG strategies, digital marketing, and marketing operations to ensure effective and scalable growth.
  • Utilize performance analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement across all channels.
  • Collaborate with senior executives, including CEO, COO, Chief Strategy Officer, VP of Product, and VP of Partners
