Deepgram Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Partner Business Development Manager responsible for partner co-sell revenue, you will be responsible for driving sell-to, through and with revenue with a set of named Deepgram partners. As the member of a strategic team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships that contribute to our co-sell revenue goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers to identify opportunities, create go-to-market strategies, and execute plans that maximize revenue generation.

What you’ll do
- Foster strong relationships with partners through regular communication in order to define value propositions and positioning for joint solutions
- Drive named partner sales through established partners, continuously refining and optimizing our co-sell strategies
- Build partner-sourced pipeline growth by actively identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into opportunities
- Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to help close co-sell deals
- Work across the organization to build product partner materials for both internal and external parties
- Monitor and report on the progress of co-sell opportunities, ensuring alignment with revenue targets
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners aligned with Deepgram's product offerings and target markets
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that could impact partner co-sell initiatives
What you bring:
- Proven track record in business development, partner management, or sales roles within the technology industry.
- Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and co-selling activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to work across departments to set and achieve goals

- Strong understanding of AI, speech recognition, or related technology domains
