The Client Experience Manager (CXM) works with Movable Ink clients to ensure success using our platform and helps world class brands achieve measurable ROI lifts with Intelligent creative.   • Domain knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, mobile, ESPs, APIs, marketing automation, marketing analytics or programming
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS

About the Role:

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager of Equity Accounting and Reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in equity accounting and stock administration, with strong written and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, providing expert guidance on equity accounting, and supporting the company’s financial reporting processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and maintain policies and procedures related to Equity Compensation and Equity Accounting
  • Serve as a subject matter expert of ASC718 and coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to research, select, implement, and transition stock administration systems
  • Generate detailed reports and analyses on equity compensation, including dilution, expense forecasting, and financial statement disclosures.
  • Collaborate with the SEC Reporting team in the preparation and review of public filings, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Calculate quarterly and annual weighted average basic and diluted shares for EPS.

  • Monitor new FASB pronouncements, advise management on trends and changes in reporting requirements, and recommend and implement the best approach for any necessary reporting changes.
  • Manage and perform ad hoc accounting research that supports accounting consultations for business transactions.

Requirements:

  • A master's or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA is required.
  • 8+ years of experience in leading technical accounting, including public accounting (Big Four experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, equity compensation, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Proven ability to research and interpret complex accounting issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely.

This may include complex items such as embedded derivative elements or variable interest entity accounting.

The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in all aspects of technical accounting faced by the Company’s data center operations, which requires proactive partnering with multiple cross-functional teams to determine the appropriate accounting for complex arrangements while also helping to achieve Company objectives. Operations Accounting

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s or graduate degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience – an advanced degree (e.g., MBA or MS) is preferred
  • Extensive experience with contract review and interpretation, especially in the context of proper accounting for technical matters
  • Extensive knowledge of GAAP, particularly ASC 842
  • Previous experience in Cloud or Data Center Infrastructure (data centers, cloud, etc.) is preferred but not required

Role Overview

The Field Account Manager (FAM) collaborates with our Enterprise dealer partners to manage post-sale dealership onboarding and to then provide continuous support throughout the customer lifecycle. As the primary contact for our dealer partners, FAMs are responsible for delivering effective and communicative support and offering proactive and consultative feedback. We are seeking a skilled and strategic cybersecurity leader with publicly traded SaaS company experience to join our team as Director of Information Security. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our information security program, ensuring implementation of best practices, policies, procedures, and technologies to detect and protect against evolving cyber threats. Technical Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Information Security or Computer Science.
  • Prior experience at a Director level; this is not a step-up role.
  • Industry certifications such as GIAC certifications (GSLC, GSTRT, GLEG) and others; CISM, CISA, CRISC, are nice to have but if certifications aren’t your thing that is OK too.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity and privacy principles, standards, and risk frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, PCI-DSS, GDPR, CPRA).
  • Prior experience with system audits and IT reporting for SOX  (Sarbanes Oxley) and SOC compliance is a must.
  • Supervise security controls and the evolution of the company’s Information Security maturity.
  • Work closely with the Director of IT and Enterprise Applications on the implementation of large-scale projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Understand the foundations of cloud and application security. Experience with GCP, AWS or Azure.

Role Overview

The Senior Tax Analyst will report to the Tax Manager and collaborate with various teams across the business as well as external partners. The individual should demonstrate strong teamwork, organizational/analytical skills, and an inquisitive nature.

What you'll do

  • Assist the Tax Manager with the tax reporting process, including data collection, workpaper roll-forward, SOX control assistance, tax memo updates, and other necessary support.
  • Support identified ad hoc projects such as R&D tax credit studies, unclaimed property filings, sales & use tax research, and other emerging projects.
  • Aid in federal, state, and international direct tax compliance, encompassing data collection, tax adjustment computation, state apportionment analysis, return review, and additional essential support.
  • Manage responsibilities related to indirect tax compliance, including data collection, return review, and other required assistance.
  • Collaborate on implementing standard methodologies and integrate acquired knowledge to encourage continuous improvement in processes, tools, communication, and training.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • CPA or CPA track required 2-3 years tax experience with a Big-4 or 2nd-tier public accounting firm or equivalent in industry
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, intellectually curious, with strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage his/her own schedule and work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfortable interacting with colleagues in a professional and conducive manner

Role overview

CarGurus seeks a Principal Product Manager to join our growing Product Team. This role partners closely with our revenue and marketing organizations, requires strong analytical abilities, and a passion for innovation to help tens of thousands of global businesses sell cars more effectively and efficiently.

In this role, you will lead our product efforts around helping dealers manage and sell the inventory they have on their lots through deep customer insights and creative utilization of retail and wholesale channels.
