Learn More About Membership

Founding Membership is an intimate, private, paid community within Tech Ladies for women who want to grow their networks and level up in their careers. Outside of regular free events, Founding Members get weekly group career coaching with two professional, certified coaches; monthly one-on-one networking calls with another member; a private community space to connect, ask questions, and support each other; and access to over 150 professional development videos.

Tech Ladies Leadership Accelerator

Learn More About Program

The Tech Ladies Leadership Accelerator is a fully remote, cohort-based leadership development program. Over the course of eight weeks, students work through a structured curriculum to support them in building their leadership skills alongside a group of other female leaders. In addition to regular workshops and assignments, students experience group career coaching where they can work through challenges and obstacles on the job with a professional, certified coach and grow as managers. Students also have access to private community space during the course of the program so that they can connect and network with each other.

About tech Ladies

The Tech Ladies Leadership Accelerator is a fully remote, cohort-based leadership development program. Over the course of eight weeks, students work through a structured curriculum to support them in building their leadership skills alongside a group of other emerging and established female leaders. The accelerator program covers topics like discovering and building strengths, strategic thinking, team management, having difficult conversations, and growing an authentic executive presence.

In addition to regular workshops and assignments, students experience group career coaching where they can work through challenges and obstacles on the job and grow as managers. After completion of the program, students will gain the confidence, strategies, and tools needed to achieve tangible results for their organizations and get to the next stage in their careers.
