As an outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Bitwarden, you will play a pivotal role as a Product Specialist, acting as the first point of contact for potential customers. Your responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of our sales process, researching leads, initiating new relationships, and setting the stage for our sales team's success. You will engage primarily in outbound sales activities, showcasing our offerings compellingly through various channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate sales leads by effectively prospecting and engaging potential Mid-Market and Enterprise clients through outbound outreach.
  • Manage and maintain an outbound sales pipeline, ensuring optimal lead and prospect qualification.
  • Identify and respond to potential client’s needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Follow the sales playbook to guide sales leads through an Account Executive-led buying process.
  • Adhere to service-level agreements on lead outreach and follow-up intervals.

WHAT YOU BRING TO BITWARDEN

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience as a Sales Development Representative in the technology / SaaS space.
  • Experience using a CRM tool such as HubSpot, Outreach, or a similar engagement tool.
  • Experience using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar, particularly in Enterprise B2B environments.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly articulate technical information concisely.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Innovative thinker who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Collaborative team player willing to share best practices and learn from others.
  • Demonstrates persistence, resilience, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • A 4-year degree or equivalent is preferred.

As Director of Design at Bitwarden, you will lead a team of designers that help shape and define the UI and UX of Bitwarden applications used by millions of people every day. We’re looking for someone who can radiate strong design skills throughout the team as a hands-on leader and individual contributor. You will serve the Product and Engineering organizations with development efforts as well as recommend and implement improvements to existing user flows and designs.

This is an all-remote team. We are looking for someone who resides in the U.S. This position reports directly to the Founder & CTO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide design leadership across the entire organization
  • Define the design language across Bitwarden products
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes as well as higher fidelity prototypes for product-driven initiatives as well as potential product investments
  • Understand customer journeys and use cases in order to identify design opportunities, provide design feedback, and ultimately improve existing user journeys across all clients and platforms
  • Iterate on code review processes involving design implementations, to enforce correctness and standardization
  • Build a team vision and strategy for the success and growth of Design at Bitwarden.
  • With feedback from the team, leadership and external stakeholders, own the process, procedures and decision support for product design and delivery
  • Facilitate and encourage collaboration through team meetings or other communication channels as necessary
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with direct reports to work on issues, provide and receive feedback and discuss individual professional development goals and opportunities
  • Perform annual or semi-annual performance reviews when required

Bitwarden is expanding its sales footprint and is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive based in the U.S.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated sales professional with strong sales skills and channel experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of new account or business development experience with a proven track record of engaging the Partner ecosystem to drive success. In your role, you will be responsible for achieving an assigned quota number while also managing lead flow, closing deals, recruiting partners and developing geographical go to market plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effective prospecting and lead management building a 3-5X pipeline within your territory
  • Predominant focus on closing business in companies with between 51 and 1000 employees
  • Managing and reporting a sales pipeline within our CRM, bringing the visibility of the revenue accurately, quarterly
  • Territory planning and any sales support required
  • Focus on activities and opportunities delivering short term and long-term revenue
  • Effective and regular networking to attract and influence Partner sales and grow our Partner relationships

WHAT YOU BRING TO BITWARDEN

  • Located in the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience.  IT security product experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • Experience at a startup or pre $100M revenue company is desirable
  • A proven track-record of driving continued partner growth and revenue
  • Knowledge and strong relationships with SMB and SME focused resellers and MSP partners within a multistate region will be necessary
  • Ability to drive influence and build effective relationships with decision makers across all levels of partner organizations
  • Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who can multitask, work independently or within a team

As a Build & Release Engineer (BRE) at Bitwarden, you will contribute directly to Bitwarden’s design and approach to building and distributing our products and services while championing industry standards and security practices in automation. Bitwarden, named a “Great Place to Work” in 2024 for the third year in a row, is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager with 5+ years of SaaS marketing experience targeting technical personas in enterprise organizations. This individual will strategize, execute, and optimize demand generation programs to fuel the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing successful demand generation campaigns through a mix of promotional channels and strategies, including account-based marketing. This team member will work closely with leadership, marketing, and sales team members in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Owning and managing enterprise-grade demand generation programs optimized for each stage of the buyer journey to achieve lead targets, fuel pipeline, and exceed revenue goals.
  • Developing, managing, and optimizing account-based marketing and nurture campaigns to convert target accounts into high-value opportunities
  • Partnering with sales development to deliver custom outreach messaging and strategic materials that align with campaign themes and buyer interests.
  • Partnering with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business growth opportunities and provide value to business prospects.
  • Leveraging internal and external resources, including third-party agencies, to develop strategic campaign assets that will drive lead generation across multiple personas and product lines
  • Lay the foundation for new demand generation channels, including virtual events, syndication, and affiliate marketing.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who have a minimum of 5+ years of B2B growth marketing experience with proven results in the following areas:

  • Advanced and proven ability to write for the technical B2B audience and communicate effectively to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience building B2B demand generation plans and budget proposals targeting technical personas in the information technology space (bonus if you have growth marketing experience in the security technology industry)
  • Experience developing and executing enterprise-grade campaigns across a mix of paid and organic channels designed to meet quarterly and annual growth targets
  • Experience building end-to-end email nurture campaigns and outbound sales sequences
  • Experience evaluating campaign performance, translating data into actionable takeaways, and developing/presenting executive summary reports for business leadership
  • Experience leveraging key marketing technology such as Hubspot, 6sense, Bombora, LinkedIn, and other SaaS tools to enable targeted demand generation.
  • Experience running A/B tests and applying experimental marketing best practices to drive continuous program optimization
  • Experience working directly in or cross-functionally with sales
  • Experience partnering closely with marketing operations and product marketing
  • Proven ability to learn, adapt, and process new information quickly

In the United States, the starting base compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, relevant experience, and skill set as assessed in the interview process, as well as market data by location. See our careers page for a list of benefits.
