Job Description

Your Role

The Senior level Developer of the Client Personalization team is responsible for application service level achievement and customer satisfaction of Blue Shield of California’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities. This developer creates, configures, and manages Salesforce applications and related components and will be accountable for delivering BSC’s desired business outcomes. This includes understanding the functionality of the technical solutions used to enable business processes. This role requires interaction with our IT and Business partners (BU/Functional Area leaders) in determining solid business requirements/ applications solutions. The Senior Application Developer will have experience designing, building, and implementing features in Salesforce Cloud.

Responsibilities

Your Work

In this role, you will:

  • Adopt and apply software engineering concepts and processes to software development
  • Provide input to designs and technical specifications
  • Develop user interfaces and application programs using the technical specifications and design documents provided
  • Test, debug and maintain code according to the technical specifications
  • Provide knowledge transfer to less experienced staff
  • Assist in creating, refining, and maintaining user stories and associated deliverables such as process flows and test cases to meet development and stakeholder needs
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (i.e., daily standup, sprint planning, retrospective, & demos)
  • Improve the reliability and utilization of systems and applications
  • Monitor software configuration changes to anticipate and address the impact of data reliability and customer satisfaction issues
  • Coordinate sustaining support for application platforms and business processes
  • Demonstrate leadership skills in services development, services adoption, and service governance
  • Proactively address potential system issues to meet or exceed established timelines and delivers service within budget constraints and seeks ways to reduce application-related costs

Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 5 years of experience in computer related support field
  • Requires 5+ years of hands-on design, coding, integration, and deployment experience in Cloud based applications, with strong knowledge of Salesforce applications
  • Proficient in build / development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions needed to support Blue Shield’s growth and financial goals
  • Experience establishing trusted relationships with business partners, internal IT organizations, other IT portfolio leaders, and Vendor partners
  • Ability to effectively communicate approach, value, risk, alternatives, and status of goal progress with executive & senior management, business sponsors, and product managers
  • Experienced with relevant software development tools, industry protocols, troubleshooting & support procedures, monitoring & quality controls, and communication/documentation software
  • Ability to be self-directed and work with limited management direction and exercise considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment
  • Technical acumen & working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within Salesforce using Apex (classes and triggers), Process Builder, Flows, Visual Force pages Aura & Lightning Web Components, and other platform features. 
  • Ability to utilize Salesforce APIs ((REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming, etc.) to seamlessly integrate with other organizational systems
  • Experience with html, java script, Salesforce Lightning/Newport Design System, SOQL, SOSL & custom styling
  • Considerable experience in Salesforce configuration and development including Workflows, Process Builder, Apex (classes and triggers), Visual Force page, Lightning Components
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Connect, and Contact Builder
  • Reporting and Analytics: Familiarity with reporting tools and analytics within SFMC to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with DevOps processes to efficiently design, develop, test, secure, deploy, maintain, and support the Platform
  • Salesforce Admin, Platform Marketing Cloud Admin and Marketing Cloud Email Specialist are preferred
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to create, translate, and execute technical deliverables

Summary:  The Full Stack Developer works with a team of highly skilled associates and managers to maintain, implement, and analyze technical systems.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM

Seniority Level: Associate

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $35 to $38 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $70,000 and $80,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

Product Manager, Full-Time, Hybrid, Easton, PA

General Summary

Product Manager position provides business and marketing leadership of assigned platform business, planning and execution for full product life cycle planning. Emphasis is on strategic product roadmap developed to meet business needs and driven by consumer, customer, market and category insights. Platform/program/product innovation, agility, new product development, general business acumen and executional excellence are required, as well as cross-functional collaboration.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide cross-functional leadership, marketing direction and guidance for assigned product categories.
  • Develop annual product segment strategic plan aligned with global growth goals set by leadership, and implement tactical execution of plan; utilizing consumer, customer, pricing, market insights and developing trends.
  • Responsible for short and long-term profitability and of assigned businesses.
  • Analyze and action internal, external data to drive business forecasting recommendations. Should be comfortable with revenue, point of sale, syndicated and data analysis. 
  • Cross-functional leadership across all aspects of product development, including but not limited to product design, engineering, creative, packaging, R&D, insights, finance, operations teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing peers, sales, and marketing demand creation teams globally to drive executional excellence.
  • Collaborate with insights team for relevant qualitative and quantitative customer, shopper and consumer research, integrating insights into business management and strategy.
  • Work with appropriate cross-functional and international partners on cost savings, SKU rationalization and obsolete and slow-moving inventory disposition as required.
  • Present business performance, product launches, and strategic plans to management, sales force, media, customers and other internal and external partners as needed.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business field, preferably with a Marketing concentration. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience preferably in CPG, toy company or kid marketing / consumer marketing
  • Working business knowledge: data analytics, finance, operations, sales, insights, strategic planning, with 2+ years management experience (P&L responsibility preferred)
  • Cross-functional team leadership and product development experience; preferably with hard goods, toys, and/or chemical
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strategic and solution-minded, with excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication and poised, confident presentation skills
  • Results driven with ability meet expectations of company-, consumer- and customer- objectives with control and agility

About The Role

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Communications Specialist to join our Communications & Creative Team. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams to develop and execute messaging that enhances the employee experience and elevates our external brand. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle for communications initiatives but also apply your writing expertise to ensure all communications meet the highest editorial standards. Working closely with the People Ops team, you’ll craft messaging that engages our global workforce and streamlines communication across the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, draft, and refine communications across the firm, maintaining clarity and consistency in tone and messaging
  • Provide editorial guidance and feedback to ensure internal and external communications are polished, inclusive, engaging, and aligned with our organizational voice and goals
  • Manage logistics and timelines for communications projects, collaborating with team members and key stakeholders to ensure transparency, efficiency, and excellence in execution
  • Maintain the internal communications editorial calendar, pitch employee engagement content ideas, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders informed
  • Work collaboratively with all departments on content generation, from simple refinements and edits to full project management of new comms initiatives
  • Develop content that effectively communicates complex technical concepts, for both internal and external audiences, from internal all-hands to our social channels and tech blog
  • Assist with photo and video shoots, manage production timelines, participant communications, talking points, and documentation
  • Proactively and efficiently address ad-hoc and time-sensitive requests from stakeholders
  • Drive technical content deliverables while navigating ambiguity in a high-touch, highly technical environment
  • Prioritize fast and efficient project execution, meeting requests with a strong sense of urgency and attention to quality and detail

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in English, Communications, or related degree
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, content development, or editorial roles, preferably in a fast-paced or technical environment
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills; adapts style to audience; presents data clearly
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, engaging others, listening actively, and responding thoughtfully
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace with a strong focus on creating automations and streamlining workflows for greater efficiency
  • Meticulous in ensuring clarity and consistency, while staying aligned with brand guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

Annual base salary range of $110,000 to $160,000. Pay (base and bonus) may vary depending on job-related skills and experience. A sign-on and discretionary performance bonus may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to company-paid medical and/or other benefits.

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our Employee Experience team in the Dublin office for 11 months. This role requires you to be in person in our office 5 days a week.

As a Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. You’ll be the point of contact for vendors, HRT employees, and external visitors. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Bitwarden, you will directly contribute to the operational success and growth of the Bitwarden team and product through cloud technology. We’re looking for someone who can own the current and future state of our cloud infrastructure distributed across multiple cloud providers, design and build out new infrastructure, as well as operationalize tools and technologies that enable our team and application to scale. You’ll be evaluating our current cloud environments, making recommendations in infrastructure design, identifying opportunities for optimizations, and helping to roll out the future of our cloud offering all while building the necessary capabilities such as monitoring, alerts, and automation that help us scale our operations up and out.

This is an all-remote team, and we are looking for someone based in the U.S. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take ownership of the Bitwarden cloud infrastructure, with an emphasis on quality that translates directly to user delight
  • Evaluate current infrastructure and, on a regular basis, make recommendations for reliability, security, availability, scalability and cost management
  • Implement site reliability tools, monitoring, early warning and alert systems, and observability across Bitwarden cloud environments
  • Respond to infrastructure based outages; participate and contribute to ongoing strategy for 24x7 support (There is an on-call rotation with a weekend shift every 5-6 weeks)
  • Architectural designs and engineering operations at scale
  • Active participation in code reviews, learning and spreading technical knowledge
  • Contribute and mature incident management/escalation processes
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to refine priorities and deliverables
  • Ongoing engagement with product owners to align SLI/SLOs/SLAs
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities for new initiatives to support organizational needs
  • Evolve and influence Bitwarden’s SDLC as we scale
  • Provide mentorship to team mates

WHAT YOU BRING TO BITWARDEN

The Commercial Counsel will provide guidance on a variety of commercial legal issues, including by drafting and negotiating  Order Forms, Master Service Agreements and Data Privacy Agreements, and responding to compliance related requests  from internal parties, clients and other external parties. The Commercial Counsel is a high-impact role in which you will become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders while utilizing a diverse skillset in contract negotiation, critical thinking and problem-solving. This role is ideally suited for an individual who is eager to learn, has an ownership mentality, and thrives in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently review, draft and negotiate customer SaaS agreements, including MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs and NDAs, while identifying and managing risk for the company.
  • Maintain and improve existing sales contracting processes and work on other legal and compliance projects.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Information Security, Product, and other teams to negotiate contracts, work on cross-functional projects, and  ensure compliance with Movable’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Keep up to date with developments in relevant practice areas, including  data privacy, commercial law, and other applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A JD from an accredited law school with admission to a state bar
  • 3+ years of legal experience, with focus on drafting and negotiating SaaS, software licensing, and other technology related contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
  • Solid understanding of commercial contract terms (e.g., intellectual property rights, indemnification, and limitations of liability) and the ability to translate that understanding into redlines and articulate in negotiations.
  • Basic knowledge of data privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA; experience in negotiating Data Privacy Agreements is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiating, legal drafting, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Agile thinker who can pivot quickly without sacrificing quality of work.
  • Team player who exhibits excellent client service and professionalism.
  • Ability to keep deadlines and composure in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this position is $140,000-$165,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus.
