What You'll Do

  • Self-prospecting to build a strong sales pipeline of new logos, striving to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, as well as partnering with the Marketing and SDR teams to generate meetings
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (especially Sales Ops and Sales Engineers) to ensure sales effectiveness
  • Have a depth of understanding regarding customer needs in the ASR space, competition, and Deepgram products to be able to articulate Deepgram’s value proposition fully
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, work with CSMs to drive upsell opportunities and manage existing accounts ongoing

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with incredible partners across Product, Design, and Engineering to shape and implement features that enhance our platform and deliver seamless, intuitive experiences for our users.
  • Own the entire development lifecycle, from technical design through implementation and deployment, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and performance at scale.

What we're looking for...

  • 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex web applications and distributed systems.

  • Experience in modern JavaScript frameworks. (Bonus if you have experience with Ember.js or React)

The Role

  • Design and carry out experimental programs to build new speech and language AI foundation models across modalities and tasks, that solve critical problems for our customers.

  • Document and present results and complex technical concepts clearly for internal and external audiences
