What You’ll Do

  • You’ll work with other Data Engineers for the build-out of the Next Generation Data Platform.  - You’ll collaborate with various teams to provide guidance on best practices for utilizing the Cloud Data Platform.  - You’ll be working on latest Cloud Data Warehouse Platform (Snowflake) and developing Data Marts using Python and SQL.    - You’ll work with the team to design and develop a Data Catalog Service using Snowflake Horizon and Polaris.  - You’ll work with the team to design and develop Data Observability using DataDog and Data Recon to detect data anomalies. - You will design and develop a CI/CD process for continuous delivery in AWS Cloud and Snowflake.    - You’ll design, develop, and test robust, scalable data platform components

About you

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in building data platform at enterprise scale. You will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential to communicate with technical & non-technical partners. The candidate must demonstrate a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation in data quality and operational processes.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience  - 5+ years programming experience: building application frameworks, and back-end systems for high-volume pipelines using Python.  - Strong knowledge of SQL for querying, data manipulation, and data transformation  - Understanding of dimensional modeling, star schemas, and data partitioning techniques  - 2+ years experience with the Cloud Data warehousing services, including storage options, compute capabilities, and data management tools  - 3+ year’s  experience using Orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt  - 2 years’ experience using AWS Data Services: S3, Cloudformation, EMR  - 2 years’ experience building Data Observability tools like DataDog or any other tool .  - 3+ year exp. with data architecture, ETL and processing of structured and unstructured data  - 3+ years’ experience with DevOps tools (any combination of GitHub, TravisCI or Jira) and methodologies (Lean, Agile, Scrum, Test Driven Development)

Overview

Position: Product Manager – Lending Optimization

Salary: $110K - $130K/yr d.o.e.

Location: Remote OK (If living within 31 miles of Tustin, CA or Austin, TX will need to be able to work 2 days on-site)

This role is the primary go-to for the products that they lead. Product Managers are key in the evolution of a product and always have the well-being of the product and its users in mind. Develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies. Constantly producing great new feature ideas and thinking critically about which of them will make the biggest impact. Know how to measure and interpret the results of your team’s efforts. Keep abreast of market and technology innovations and identify how to implement.

Focus will be on Mortgage loan origination process from origination through funding and operation workflows. It is imperative that the person applying for this role has a in depth understanding of the full loan cycle process as they will be responsible for working with operations teams to help streamline workflow processes from origination through funding.

Responsibilities

  • Become an authority on your product area. Identify customer needs and business opportunities through a combination of user research, collecting feedback from cross-functional teammates, diving into data, and competitive analysis.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmaps, with consideration of efforts, sizing, dependencies, compliance requirements. ETC.
  • Understand the underlying Loan Operations business flows and where opportunities exist within the Value Stream.
  • Articulate and prioritize user journies, personas, pain points into an executable roadmap of well written features.
  • Work with Product Directors, Executives, and key business stakeholders to establish the business vision and drive expectations.
  • Define, understand, and improve key funnels, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Understand our customers – Create personas, identify, and prioritize pain points and solutions.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Engineering to develop story/feature readiness
  • Partner up with support and training and clients and any other business units
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap
  • Be the owner of the overall Product Strategy for your assigned product(s)
  • Ensure stakeholders and business leaders are kept informed through effective engagements and Product Strategy reviews.
  • Drive execution against our plan in collaboration with Engineering and Design peers: making trade-offs, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication.
  • Help team with removing impediments and blockers where you can aid.
  • Take initiative to partner with the training teams to ensure that the details being communicated out in the field fall in line with the details of the feature.
  • Play a large role in the release process to ensure a successful release.

You’ll be setting up and streamlining our financial operations as our first internal accounting hire—ensuring every transaction is accurate, every report is insightful, and every process is built to last. Qualifications

  • You have 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally within SaaS finance or a high-growth tech environment.
  • You’re well-versed in ASC 606 and GAAP, with a proven ability to reconcile complex revenue streams.
  • You excel in Microsoft Office and G Suite, with advanced Excel skills. Proficiency with SQL and experience with accounting ERP systems (like QBO and NetSuite) are a bonus.

Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $138,876 - $173,595. In addition to your base salary, Metronome offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched equity, sales incentive pay (for eligible roles), comprehensive health benefits, and other benefits listed below.

The actual base salary will vary based on factors including market value, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and previous experience. The listed range above should serve as a guideline and may be modified at any time.

Qualifications

Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $138,876 - $190,954.   • You’re well-versed in ASC 606 and GAAP, with a proven ability to reconcile complex revenue streams.

January is expanding the products and services we provide to borrowers and creditors alike. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll join our dedicated growth initiative team and be responsible for leading all marketing and product concept design work. We are looking for someone that has a strong background in design but who wants to be part of a cross functional team that’s singular goal is bringing new products and services to market as quickly and successfully as possible.

What You’ll Work On

  • User Research: Collaborate directly with clients and interview borrowers to understand their jobs-to-be-done and identify core needs that shape impactful design solutions.
  • Design and Test New Product Concepts: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and validate new product opportunities, employing thorough market research, design, and prototyping to test hypotheses.
  • Marketing Assets: Produce a variety of design assets - including visuals, copy, and digital campaigns - that accelerate user acquisition and engagement.
  • Contribute to Our Brand and Positioning: You’ll partner with product and marketing teams to incorporate new product concepts into the larger brand narrative.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 5+ years of experience in growth-focused product design roles with a robust portfolio showcasing your expertise, ideally with some experience in building new products.
  • Exceptional visual design skills. A desire to shape the entire visual and brand language for new product and marketing work.
  • A deep business mindset with proven skills in market research, product-market fit (PMF) validation, and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate client insights into effective, innovative design solutions.
  • A self-motivated, proactive approach that thrives in ambiguous environments and values speed without compromising quality.
