Job Description
As an Enterprise Architect at Boomi, you will be a dedicated strategic trusted advisor to your assigned accounts by becoming an extension of their team through proactive, prescribed, and personalized engagements. This role will require you to form deep partnerships with your customers, strategically planning the enablement of digital capabilities and aligning business-driven technologies to deliver business outcomes throughout all phases of their journey with Boomi.

What you’ll do:
- Partner with a Platform Architect and work closely with customers to support their Boomi Platform Implementation
- Lead the creation and evolution of the architecture program/function with focus on Customer digital transformation services
- Demonstrate the business value of Architecture Services as an enabler of strategy formulation, and as support for innovation influencing technology decisions, which drives the Customer’s top and bottom lines
- Lead, advise and guide on technology experiments for Customers, helping to create new products and services and integrating the best of theses into steady-state operations for the Customer
- Assess current Customers IT environments and deficiencies, and recommend the strategic future-state of digital capabilities that will enable customers to continuously advance their business with Boomi
- Develop and deliver actionable architecture artifacts to guide and support Customers digital technology decisions in full alignment with the execution of their business strategy
The experience you bring:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in at least four disciplines, such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations in a multitier environment
- 10+ years of business experience in strategic and operations planning and/or business analysis
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting and risk management
- Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, DevOps methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA (TOGAF and Zachman) and ITIL frameworks
- Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT and predictive analytics
- Exposure and understanding of existing, new and emerging technologies, and processing environments
- Exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, strong teamwork and collaboration skills, facilitation and negotiation
- Strong leadership skills

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role in the US ranges from $164,000 - $220,000 annually (inclusive of incentive). This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
