Job Description

What You'll Do

Partner daily with the Channel & Alliances team to leverage data, tools and tech to support the execution of the team strategy  

Implement and review the key KPIs and metrics that are critical to the success of our growth plan  

Work cross functionally to project manage the launch of critical initiatives such as the redesign of our partner community, the successful adoption of channel and sales tools, etc.   

Support the growth of our ever-expanding sales force by ensuring partner program goals are tracked and opportunities for improvement are identified  

Act as the subject matter expert in partner program change efforts  

Collaborate with partner enablement on key initiatives  

Find areas for efficiencies and scale  

  

The Experience Your Bring  

7+ years of Sales/Revenue/Partner Operation experience  

Highly organized with ability to own multiple projects and with bias toward automation and scale  

Understanding of standard operations functions: deal desk, commissions, analytics, etc.   

Experience with partner operations systems, processes and data best practices  

Ability to provide strategic partnership to field leadership and aid in removing obstacles for team productivity  

Systems and automation oriented (Salesforce, Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.)  

Creative problem solver, who can leverage prior experience and logic to get to the best, fastest outcome possible  

Bachelor’s degree

Compensation

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $113,089 - $141,372 annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
