How You’ll Make An Impact
As a Strategy and Business Development Lead at Boomi, you will be instrumental in shaping our product and go-to-market (GTM) strategies within the Boomi ecosystem. Your role will involve collaborating with Partnerships, Product, GTM, and Finance teams to develop business cases that drive growth and innovation. Leveraging your strategic mindset and analytical prowess, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities that align with our corporate objectives, ensuring Boomi remains at the forefront of the industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Partnerships, Product, GTM, Finance) to identify and develop opportunities between Boomi and strategic ecosystems to create value propositions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Create detailed business cases, including financial modeling and ROI analysis, to support new initiatives and investments.
- Ascertain value drivers for joint customers and develop strategies to enhance their experience and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements and innovations that drive customer value.
- Work with GTM teams to develop strategies that accelerate sales and expand addressable market.
- Evaluate partnership opportunities to enhance Boomi’s ecosystem and drive mutual value creation.
- Present strategic recommendations and business cases to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Monitor and report on the performance of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
The Experience You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, partnerships, consulting, investment banking, business development, or corporate strategy roles, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
- Deep knowledge about the technology ecosystem, including ISVs, cloud service providers, system integrators, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in visual and oral presentations and business case development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative approach with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Bonus Point If You Have
- Prior experience in private equity or public SaaS companies
- Familiarity with iPaaS or data integration technologies
- Master’s Degree or MBA

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA ranges from $152K - $180K. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
