Perks and Benefits

Professional Developments
Enterprise Mobility promotes employee development through financial assistance for job-related courses, degrees and certifications, and may subsidize up to $5,250 per calendar year. To be eligible, you must be a full-time team member. Eligibility begins on the first day of the second consecutive month following the first day of employment.
Parental Leave and Caretaking
Maternity Leave: full-time employees who take time off after delivering a child, with one or more years of cumulative service, are eligible to receive up to 40 working days at 100 percent of their pay following a five-working-day waiting period after the birth of the child.

Adoption Leave: for team members who are building families through adoption, Enterprise Mobility provides financial assistance by reimbursing up to $7,000 for a portion of related expenses. Eligible full-time employees have up to 30 working days of adoption leave per rolling year at 100 percent pay following a five-working-day waiting period.

*Maternity and Adoption Leaves include a phase-back period, permitting a gradual return to work over the course of four weeks, while receiving 100 percent pay.

Parental Leave: the parental leave program grants up to ten days of paid leave for all eligible employees. To be eligible for parental leave, an employee must have completed one year of cumulative service by either the expected or actual date of birth or date of adoption; be either the biological or adoptive father of the child, or the same-sex partner of the primary caregiver of the child; and be expected to bear responsibility for the child’s upbringing.

Medical:
We value your health by providing access to quality health care at a reasonable cost through UnitedHealthcare and the choice of three coverage options.

Prescription Drugs:
This plan, administered by Express Scripts, offers team members a three-tiered price structure and two convenient ways to purchase your prescription drugs: order by mail, pay one copay, receive up to a 90-day supply or visit a network pharmacy, pay one copay, receive up to a 30-day supply.

Domestic Partner Benefits:
Enterprise Mobility offers coverage for same-sex and opposite-sex domestic partners and their children.

Enterprise Mobility offers its team members two ways to save for retirement – through a Retirement Savings Plan and a Profit-Sharing Plan.
How We Work
Our headquarters and IT campus is located in St. Louis, MO. Depending on the role (noted on each job posting) the IT Division of Enterprise Mobility offers the ability to work in a hybrid capacity or a fully remote capacity within the continental United States.
