The Parachute Platform empowers healthcare providers with delightfully simple ePrescribing for medical equipment (DME), supplies, and services and powers suppliers with digital transformation tools - to streamline workflows, increase clinician satisfaction and improve patient outcomes.

ePrescribing DME on the Parachute Platform generates clean, complete orders, with no re-work required. This means fewer hassles for providers and insurers, all to enhance patient care.

Professional Developments

To support your professional growth, every Parachuter is provided with a $750 annual stipend for Learning & Development. Additionally, we partner with The Forem to offer virtual management and leadership training programs, ensuring that you have the resources and opportunities to excel and grow in your career.
Parental Leave and Caretaking
Parachute offers 12 weeks of parental leave and an additional 4 weeks (totaling 16) to birthing parents. We also offer Dependent Care FSAs to allow employees to use pre-tax dollars for childcare.
Health and Medical
Parachute offers a variety of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans - including 5 plans that are 100% paid for by Parachute, with no employee premium. We also offer FSAs and HSAs, and contribute $100/month to employee HSAs. We offer a variety of ancillary benefits as well, including free memberships to One Medical and 12 free therapy sessions per year with Talkspace.

How We Work
We are a remote first company with offices in New York City and Denver.
How We Pay
Parachute partners with Pave to do an annual refresh of our pay bands. Pay bands are published publicly to all employees and are included in all our job descriptions. Employees are eligible for merit-based raises once a year and for promotions twice a year.

Other Perks and Benefits
All employees are eligible for monthly internet reimbursement and receive a $750 work-from-home stipend upon joining (and get an additional $250 to go towards their home office setup every year!).
