Mission and Vision

Tech Ladies is driven by the mission to help women in tech find support, grow professionally, and stay in the tech space throughout their careers. So much of our time is spent at work. It’s important that we find a company and role we love — and that we feel supported and valued in our work every day. It all starts with providing the encouragement and tools we need to be successful, and then connecting them with amazing opportunities at top companies.
