Zapier’s a fully remote, globally distributed company on a mission to make automation work for everyone. Our no-code automation tool empowers you to connect your apps into automated workflows, syncing the tools you already use and love. Spanning 800+ team members across 18+ time zones, Zapiens can work asynchronously in a setting that suits their lifestyles, all while serving our global customer base.

We have three fully-funded ERGs: Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), PRIZM (LGBTQIA+), and EMPOWER (Encouraging, Motivating, and Promoting Opportunities for Women to Excel and Rise). Our ERGs build community and provide input, advocacy, and education while equipping members & allies with professional and personal development, networking opportunities, and community outreach & events. We ensure ERG leaders have the company’s support to balance their work & gain new skills in their roles.
Although we love asynchronous work, we meet regularly and have monthly meet-up budgets to share a meal over Zoom or do something fun with nearby Zapiens. Once a year, we host an all-company retreat to further develop the relationships that enable us to work together effectively. For more support, we pair all new teammates with seasoned Zapiens, offer internal coaches, and invest in our Employee Resource Groups.
We also value giving back to our global communities. We partner with and donate to organizations that align with our mission, people, and product, host volunteer events, and encourage Zapiens to volunteer in their local communities.
