As the nation’s leading health solutions company, we reach millions of Americans through our local presence, digital channels and more than 300,000 purpose-driven colleagues – caring for people where, when and how they choose in a way that is uniquely more connected, more convenient and more compassionate. And we do it all with heart, each and every day.

At a Glance

Signify Health is transforming how and where care is delivered—expanding access to high-quality, in-home and virtual healthcare services that improve outcomes and reduce costs. With over 3 million in-home evaluations delivered annually and a growing portfolio of condition-specific services, we are scaling our impact through smarter technology, stronger partnerships, and deeper clinical insight.

As part of our continued growth, we are investing in our core clinical and delivery platforms to deliver the complexities of these new services, and building plug-and-play capabilities that enable external partners to deliver healthcare services in coordination with Signify’s technology platform. These integrations allow us to flex and scale our service delivery through a collaborative network of care partners. At the same time, as we grow a portfolio of new service offerings, we are focused on quantifying and communicating the clinical and economic value of our offerings—conducting outcomes research, publishing white papers, and deepening our value proposition in the market.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help lead this work: enabling scalable partner integrations, applying research and clinical insights to deliver high impact outcomes studies, and supporting the core infrastructure that powers the launch of new visit types and future multi-service care models. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role on a mission-critical team shaping the future of value-based care delivery.

About The Role

As Product Manager, New Product Development, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Signify Health’s service delivery platform. This is a cross-functional product role that blends platform development, research, and strategic enablement to unlock scalable, high-impact healthcare services.

A core responsibility of this role is owning the platform capabilities that allow Signify to partner with external vendors and care delivery organizations—enabling plug-and-play service models through workflow tools, integrations, and scalable infrastructure. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, operations, and clinical teams to build and enhance the systems that make external service delivery seamless and high-quality.

Equally important, you will lead our efforts to quantify and communicate the clinical and financial impact of our emerging services. You’ll design and execute impact evaluation frameworks, collaborate with clinical and data teams to generate insights, and help translate those findings into strategic narratives and white papers that support client conversations, go-to-market efforts, and strategic differentiation.

Finally, you’ll contribute to foundational product and infrastructure development to support the scalable launch of new visit types, such as the Heart Focused Visit and Cognitive Focused Visit, and enable future capabilities such as multi-visit workflows. Your work will ensure our platform is flexible, extensible, and built for scale.

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of platform strategy, product execution, and market impact—with a direct hand in building the future of in-home care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape Product Strategy: Support the development of the vision and roadmap for new in-home and virtual visit services. Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships where Signify’s technology can be plugged into third-party platforms to enable joint service delivery models. Understand high-level strategic levers and drivers of the business. Develop and measure KPIs for the product to define, track and communicate value delivery.
  • Enable Partnerships to Extend Signify’s Clinical Model: Lead internal and external discovery and product planning for embedded tech strategies, including external integration paths, white-label opportunities, and commercial considerations. Build capabilities that allow external partners to plug into Signify’s platform to deliver care.
  • Lead Product Development: Facilitate product discovery processes, including user research, journey mapping, and pain point analysis to shape the service design. You will translate opportunities into clear product requirements, and lead the initial launch and MVP development of new products and service offerings. You will also coordinate dependencies, communicate timelines, and manage stakeholder expectations, and develop and implement data-driven recommendations and optimizations to enhance product performance, aligning with business objectives, that improve the overall value of the product.
  • Maintain Product Roadmap: Own and evolve the product roadmap for vendor enablement, building platform capabilities that support external service delivery at scale. Prioritize product requirements & capabilities to ensure incremental delivery of high value functionality to drive business results and user / customer satisfaction
  • Lead Signify Outcomes Studies to Demonstrate Value: Design and execute health outcomes and impact evaluation frameworks to assess the clinical and financial value of new visit offerings. Contribute to white papers, value briefs, and case studies that communicate measurable results to clients, stakeholders, and the broader market.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with clinical, data, product, tech, and strategy teams to generate evidence-based insights, informing both internal product development and external market positioning.
  • Support Implementation: Define and track KPIs to measure success across vendor performance, platform usage, outcomes impact, and partner satisfaction.Partner with internal teams to support rollout, track performance, and iterate on new services
  • Lead Special Projects: Lead initiatives as assigned from concept to execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-7+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform, B2B SaaS, or healthcare services.
  • Bachelors or equivalent experience required
  • Strong product fundamentals: experience writing requirements, leading discovery, working cross-functionally, and delivering roadmaps.
  • Strategic thinking with experience in exploring new business models or technology integrations, including SaaS, API-based ecosystems, or embedded services.
  • Innate curiosity, almost obsessively so, with a passion to share knowledge and challenge the status quo to uncover creative solutions.
  • Background in or passion for healthcare innovation, including knowledge of value-based care, clinical services, or health outcomes measurement.
  • Analytical and research skills—able to design, execute, and interpret impact studies, KPIs, and market research.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to align stakeholders, craft compelling value narratives, and translate complexity into clarity.
  • Collaborative mindset and a track record of working effectively across engineering, clinical, ops, and commercial teams.
  • Experience with product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) and agile methodologies.

Why Join Us?

  • Take ownership of a high-impact product area central to Signify’s growth and service scalability.
  • Be a key contributor to expanding Signify’s service portfolio during a pivotal stage of growth.
  • Work on high-impact initiatives that improve healthcare access and outcomes.
  • Join a mission-driven team in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment.
  • Help shape our strategy for partner enablement, SaaS exploration, and value demonstration.
  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and career development opportunities.

Benefits

Roku is committed to offering a diverse range of benefits as part of our compensation package to support our employees and their families. Our comprehensive benefits include global access to mental health and financial wellness support and resources. Our employees can take time off work for vacation and other personal reasons to balance their evolving work and life needs. It's important to note that not every benefit is available in all locations or for every role. For details specific to your location, please consult with your recruiter.

The Roku Culture

Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own. We try to surround ourselves with people who are great at their jobs, who are easy to work with, and who keep their egos in check. We appreciate a sense of humor. We believe a fewer number of very talented folks can do more for less cost than a larger number of less talented teams. We're independent thinkers with big ideas who act boldly, move fast and accomplish extraordinary things through collaboration and trust. In short, at Roku you'll be part of a company that's changing how the world watches TV.

We have a unique culture that we are proud of. We think of ourselves primarily as problem-solvers, which itself is a two-part idea. We come up with the solution, but the solution isn't real until it is built and delivered to the customer. That penchant for action gives us a pragmatic approach to innovation, one that has served us well since 2002.
