About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to drive UI design and the user experience for the Cube suite of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, and the ability to work with a cross-functional team to drive towards the product design goals. The Senior Product Designer will work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure our products meet the highest standards of usability and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Experience:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
  • Define and prioritize user experience initiatives, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the product development lifecycle.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
  • UI Design:
  • Craft beautiful, intuitive and scalable design solutions
  • Lead the UI design process, creating high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interaction flows.
  • Leverage user research, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Ensure that all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet accessibility standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Present design concepts and research findings to senior leadership and other key stakeholders, articulating design rationale and user insights.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and user research.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the UX team.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of design solutions on user satisfaction and product performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX design projects and successful outcomes.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
  • Experience with user research methods and tools, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews.

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with B2B / SaaS software

The base salary range for this role is: $128,982-$167,756 USD.

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Bitwarden, you will directly contribute to the operational success and growth of the Bitwarden team and product through cloud technology. The Role

The User Experience team at Carrot Fertility is seeking a Senior Product Designer who will help shape our member-facing products and own our growing design system. You will partner with Content Design and work closely with Product Management and Engineering counterparts to deliver products that scale our impact to customers and members worldwide. The Team

Carrot’s Product Design team sits at the nexus of many functions; they're fast-moving, adaptable, and highly collaborative. In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Director of UX and work closely with the other product designers, content designers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to design and launch new features.

In this role, you will…

  • Deeply understand complex problems for our customers, members, and internal teams and come up with solutions that meet business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
  • Own and evolve our established design system, advocating for accessibility, design consistency, and adherence.
  • Conduct user research, using qualitative and quantitative insights to drive your strategy and design decisions.
  • Create and update high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma.
  • Support implementation through efficient, well-documented handoffs. 
  • Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders, actively seeking and providing feedback through design critiques, engineering reviews, and workshops.
  • Help shape and influence our design team’s culture, process, and future vision of our products.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience with Figma
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing user-centered digital experiences, including interactive prototypes, design systems, and shipped products
  • Deep understanding of design systems, with experience maintaining and evolving a design system in collaboration with engineers and other designers.
  • Strong knowledge of interaction design, visual design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive web design best practices.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale, adapt messages to different audiences, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, balancing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Possesses a can-do attitude, embracing ambiguity and change with confidence and openness.

Compensation

The Product Designer puts the customers and end-users at the center of their universe with a desire to design products they will love. Data Integrity & Document Management:

  • Be the subject matter expert for existing people processes, while looking for ways to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to Workday configuration and product updates as needed, from gathering project requirements to design, testing, and implementation.
  • Manage employee and organizational data in Workday, collaborate with our HRBP and Enterprise Applications teams to keep data accurate and up to date, and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Collect, organize and recall required employee documentation and ensure compliance with document retention guidelines globally.

Regulatory Certifications, Reporting, & Training Processes:

  • Work closely with Legal, HR, and Compliance to ensure compliance with labor regulations and mandatory trainings. Draft employee communications (and follow ups), push live trainings, and provide reporting and documentation in the process.
  • Track and manage all certification milestones for international regulations (i.e., IAF & SMCR).
  • Coordinate and submit required employment data reports (e.g. EEO-1 and quarterly Ministry of Manpower surveys).
  • Understand cross-department dependencies as they relate to employee information and proactively keep partners up to date with relevant changes, assist with information requests, and organize information in accessible and usable ways.
  • Own vendor relationships for the team, including staying up to date with feature updates and existing and proposed integrations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience in a people related operational function in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree - a PHR/PHR/SHRM-CP certification is a plus
  • Experience with HR software platforms, Workday preferred
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly, deep understanding of how systems work
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly ethical and accustomed to managing highly confidential information
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws preferred, or curious to learn and stay up-to-date
  • Strong presentation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding written communication skills

The estimated base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $160,000 per year, based on job-related skills and experience. This role will also be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
