About the Role

Metronome is seeking a dynamic Strategic Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that drive our business forward. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will support management in building and maintaining growth models, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses to optimize revenue, spending, and overall financial performance. Your work will be critical in operationalizing budgets, identifying key investment opportunities, and ensuring that our financial strategies align with our OKRs. This role is ideal for a top-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates extreme ownership in diagnosing challenges, analyzing solutions, and driving impactful implementations.

This role requires applicants to based in New York City or willing to relocate.

What You'll Do

--------------

  • Build and maintain dynamic growth, financial models, and forecasts that drive revenue and spend optimization budget variance analysis, revenue forecast, customer metric tracking (LTV, and CAC payback, rule of 40, etc.) to evaluate key business opportunities and support decision-making
  • Function as a hands-on, strategic partner to business leaders, working closely with the Head of Finance to craft actionable business recommendations based on key metrics and insights.
  • Assist with planning exercises and manage the quarterly and annual budgeting cycles, ensuring efficient processes for budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Assess key metrics across the business to align financial models with our strategic objectives and OKRs.
  • Maintain scalable financial reports and models to validate and communicate quarterly business reviews, and work closely with the Accounting team on initiatives such as the monthly close process
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial analysis and reporting processes, taking extreme ownership of your role in driving operational efficiency
  • As we build out our data analytics team, partner with them to source and structure data, ensuring that our forecasts and KPIs are reliable and accurate

Qualifications

--------------

  • 6+ years in investment banking, private equity, or within a high-growth technology/SaaS company in strategic finance or FP&A roles
  • Expert-level Excel skills with extensive experience in building P&L, LTV, and CAC models and analyzing large data sets
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP
  • Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with expertise in building and executing data-driven strategies
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to translate data into clear, impactful narratives
  • A self-starter who thrives on ownership and has a bias toward action, even in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
  • Comfortable tackling open-ended, complex questions and iterating quickly on solutions
  • Collaborative and adept at building strong relationships with cross-functional teams

Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $138,876 - $190,954. The Senior Analyst, Identity Governance & Administration will be a part of the team responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the firm-wide privacy, security and compliance strategy to protect Movable Ink’s platform. You'll work closely with leaders from around the organization to support a strong security posture aimed at protecting especially our customers' data. This includes ensuring that information security controls are operating effectively and incrementally improved.

Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of effective controls in collaboration with IT, product, security teams, and system owners
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, provide advice on risk management strategies, and support the implementation of risk mitigation measures
  • Review various manual processes across the program and find innovative solutions to use automation where possible for process efficiency
  • Administer and manage user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and role assignments throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT departments to streamline processes of user onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
  • Coordinate and execute regular access reviews and user certification to ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Ensure access control policies are consistently enforced, maintaining least privilege access for all users.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring identity management and access practices comply with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee and manage annual information security training, ensuring timely completion by all employees.
  • Design, implement, and track phishing simulations, analyze results, and recommend improvements to security awareness.
  • Generate and maintain reports on user access trends, policy violations, and training completion.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, security threats, and regulatory changes, recommending adjustments to access control policies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and proficiency in business process optimization
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to logically think through problem resolution
  • Strong communication skills across all levels and departments of the organization
  • Must possess high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work while successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Experience with application entitlements and Role Based Access Controls
  • Solid background and experience with Excel pivot tables and graphic charts for data analysis, tracking, and reporting
  • Exposure to privacy or security-related compliance frameworks preferred (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27,000 series, and GDPR)
  • Security related certification(s) a plus

The base pay range for this position is $125,000-$145,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.

As a Product Manager on our Studio team you will bring the customer point of view to everything, so we build and deliver new solutions that our customers love. In this role you will work directly with your design and engineering partners to build out our catalog of Tactics for clients across industries. You will help marketers bring new ideas to market quickly, test and optimize to drive business results. You will collaborate across product, engineering, design to create a product roadmap that delights customers and grows our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring the customer POV to everything we do in Engineering, Product and Design
  • Work directly with customers to understand needs and opportunities
  • Work directly with customers in Early Access programs to drive iteration and GA launch
  • Create a high value roadmap with your partners in engineering and design that aligns with our business goals and helps us achieve our product vision
  • Write use cases and user stories to build a shared understanding around user needs and the definition of success
  • Prioritize upcoming sprints, features, and enhancements in the backlog
  • Inform decisions with qualitative and quantitative data
  • Define & track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure & continually iterate features & functionality
  • Lead cross-functional sessions to assess product adoption, success and iteration
  • Identify and solve problems across teams and disciplines by partnering with other product managers, Program Management, and GTM teams

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in B2B Product Management
  • Prior experience in marketing technology desired
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working directly with customers to understand needs
  • Ability to demo product and manage conversations with customers and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to drive through complexity to achieve results

The base pay range for this position is $130,000-$155,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus.
