  • Contribute to shared design systems, uphold design quality, and help create a cohesive product experience

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/product design, ideally within agile, cross-functional product teams

  • Experience applying accessibility, inclusive design, and responsive principles to your work
  • A growth mindset and an iterative approach to problem-solving
  • Curiosity about emerging design practices, including thoughtful use of AI tools to support ideation, content exploration, or research synthesis—used in service of better user outcomes, not as shortcuts for quality

  • Excellent communicator across email, Slack, and in person
  • Confident with Google Calendar, Gmail, Docs, and other standard tools
  • Aligned with our values— you take initiative, bring a “no job too small” mindset, and care about building a great team culture

Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000. In addition to your base salary, Metronome offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched equity, sales incentive pay (for eligible roles), comprehensive health benefits, and other benefits listed below.

The actual base salary will vary based on factors including market value, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and previous experience. The listed range above should serve as a guideline and may be modified at any time.
