Role Overview

The Account Manager (AM) role leads the success, retention, and growth of their book of business throughout the customer lifecycle. An AM has a positive relationship with both internal (Account Executives) and external (Dealer Partners) stakeholders. As the primary contact for dealers and dealer groups, AMs are responsible for providing an effective and communicative consultative performance analysis and technical support experience to ensure dealers are getting a positive value from their CarGurus subscription.

Role overview

The Sales Development Representative role is responsible for creating sales pipeline with prospective dealers and previously churned dealers. A Sales Development Representative (SDR) has a positive relationship with both internal (Inside Sales Executive, Sales Leadership) and external (Dealer) stakeholders. SDRs are tasked with calling into dealerships to set meetings and scheduled demos for the Inside Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will have a “hunting” mindset and passion for engaging directly with dealers. They will support a collaborative and high-performance environment that enables the team to grow CarOffer's market presence, transaction revenue, and recurring services revenue. This role is based in Addison, Texas with at-least 60% in-office presence required.

Role overview

As a Digital Strategy Specialist, this hire will be responsible for supporting our dealer focused advertising suite across the web and social platforms.  They will be working directly with sales, account management, product, and  engineering to help drive our display products growth and success.  We are looking for  someone eager to enter the CarGurus digital advertising space, and to learn a suite of new tools and concepts.

Role Overview

To support CarGurus Marketing efforts with a data-driven approach, this role will identify and monitor trends, optimize budget allocation, develop monitoring and insights to guide leadership, and test and measure the impact of marketing initiatives across consumer and dealer segments.

  • Design code and systems that touch 40% of the world population while influencing Visa’s internal standards for scalability, security, and reusability 
  • Collaborate multi-functionally to create design artifacts and develop best-in-class software solutions for multiple Visa technical offerings 
  • Actively contribute to product quality improvements, valuable service technology, and new business flows in diverse agile squads 
  • Develop robust and scalable products intended for a myriad of customers including end-user merchants, b2b, and business to government solutions.
