  • Experience with Figma and FigJam

  • A design portfolio of your work with case studies

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience working cross functionally with engineers, product managers, and designers quickly

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-155,000. Zip is committed to a straightforward and transparent pay structure. The actual base salary will be determined by various individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, location, internal equity, as well as other objective business considerations.

The annual base Pay Range for this position is $130,000-$140,000. This range reflects our US national compensation (USN). Additional premium percentages may apply based on our tiered premium strategy. About The Role

As a Product Designer at Sibros, you’ll bridge the gap between product management and frontend engineering, playing a key role in defining and improving the user experience of our products and web portal. You’ll focus on delivering simple, intuitive, and elegant design solutions for complex engineering problems while collaborating cross-functionally to accelerate our product roadmap.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the product design and UI/UX design of our customer-facing web portal
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and user flows using Figma
  • Collaborate closely with product managers to define user needs and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
  • Partner with software engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across products.
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and continuously refine the user experience.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to support scalability and consistency across the platform.
  • Advocate for a customer-first approach, ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met in all designs.

What You Should Know

  • Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in product and/or UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web application design.
  • Expertise in Figma, with experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

Magpie Literacy is an early stage, funded edtech nonprofit on a mission to eradicate illiteracy in America. Magpie is seeking a Product Designer Consultant to support our team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you'll help shape and refine the user experience across our learning and assessment products. This includes blending user research, design strategy, and UI/UX execution in close collaboration with our Engineering, Product, and Academics teams.

Scope of Services & Deliverables

Strategy & Planning

  • Support our Product leaders in creating an experience flow; scope and size the work
  • Identify and analyze how we approach product refinements; provide consistent updates based on observations

UX Research & Planning

  • Conduct background research and auditing. Identify and analyze existing experience within both Learning and Assessment products
  • Define user research needs; create timelines and calendars used by the team

Design Development

  • Create and uphold a design system, its components and ensure documentation is in place to guide future design and engineering work

User Research

I’m looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Pipelines squad. The team's mission is to enable Customer.io to be a source of trusted data, empowering marketers at companies big and small to bring accurate, real-time data to all customer touch points. You’ll get to move fast and own broad scope in supporting mission critical capabilities, while having the support and resources of a 250-person company. You’ll lead a team solving challenging problems in building high scale, distributed systems while creating an intuitive user experience. What makes this role unique?

The Pipelines squad is responsible for building and maintaining the services that allow customers to seamlessly get data into and out of our platform. The interfaces we work on are directly used by customers and can significantly influence their success with our product.

At a high level, your focus will be on enabling customers to move their data in and out of the system in an intuitive and effortless way—while also giving them the ability to cleanse that data during the process. On a more detailed level, you'll work across a range of problem spaces, including accommodating varying integration capabilities, consolidating infrastructure, gracefully deprecating legacy integrations, API and SDK versioning, building intuitive interfaces (both UI and APIs), and reliably handling large volumes of incoming data. The domain is broad, so the ability to ruthlessly prioritize will be essential.

The team

The current Pipelines engineering squad is composed of highly driven and experienced engineers, each with 10–20 years of industry experience. A strong track record of supporting individuals’ development into senior and staff-level roles will be especially valuable in this position. The team is distributed across North American and European time zones, so having morning flexibility for meetings is a plus.

As an Engineering Manager at Customer.io, you will...

  • Lead effective squad rituals, and ensure production readiness through quality peer-review, quality standards, documentation, deployment, logging, and monitoring practices
  • Ensure your squad’s solutions are scalable, architecturally sound, flexible, and secure
  • Create accountability for delivery timelines while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and empathetic work environment

The Role

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, delightful user experiences that seamlessly span mobile (iOS and Android) and web platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, Engineering, and User Research—to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-centered designs.   • Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory, with an eye for detail and usability.
  • Familiarity with native mobile design patterns (Human Interface Guidelines for iOS, Material Design for Android) as well as responsive web design principles.

About the Role

Parachute Health is looking for a Director of GTM Strategy to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will shape how Parachute packages, positions, and scales our solutions in market.
