As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Bitwarden, you will play a pivotal role as a Product Specialist, acting as the first point of contact for potential customers. Your responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of our sales process, researching leads, initiating new relationships, and setting the stage for our sales team's success. You will engage in both inbound and outbound sales activities, showcasing our offerings compellingly through various channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively respond to inbound sales inquiries from potential customers and partners.
  • Generate sales leads by effectively prospecting and engaging potential clients through outbound outreach.
  • Manage and maintain both an inbound and outbound sales pipeline ensuring optimal lead and prospect qualification.
  • Identify and respond to potential client’s needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Follow the sales playbook to guide sales leads through an Account Executive-led buying process.

WHAT YOU BRING TO BITWARDEN

  • 1 - 3 years of relevant sales experience in the technology / SaaS space.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly articulate technical information concisely.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong time management, and organizational skills.
  • Innovative thinker who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Collaborative team player willing to share best practices and learn from others.
  • Demonstrates persistence, resilience, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • A 4-year degree or equivalent is preferred.

NICE-TO-HAVE’S

  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative.
  • Experience using a CRM tool such as HubSpot, Salesloft, or a similar engagement tool.

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Bitwarden, you will directly contribute to the operational success and growth of the Bitwarden team and product through cloud technology. We’re looking for someone who can own the current and future state of our cloud infrastructure distributed across multiple cloud providers, design and build out new infrastructure, as well as operationalize tools and technologies that enable our team and application to scale. You’ll be evaluating our current cloud environments, making recommendations in infrastructure design, identifying opportunities for optimizations, and helping to roll out the future of our cloud offering all while building the necessary capabilities such as monitoring, alerts, and automation that help us scale our operations up and out.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take ownership of the Bitwarden cloud infrastructure, with an emphasis on quality that translates directly to user delight
  • Evaluate current infrastructure and, on a regular basis, make recommendations for reliability, security, availability, scalability and cost management
  • Implement site reliability tools, monitoring, early warning and alert systems, and observability across Bitwarden cloud environments
  • Respond to infrastructure based outages; participate and contribute to ongoing strategy for 24x7 support (There is an on-call rotation with a weekend shift every 5-6 weeks)
  • Architectural designs and engineering operations at scale
  • Active participation in code reviews, learning and spreading technical knowledge

One of the most critical parts of the Bitwarden product is our autofill and form detection. These features are a part of the Bitwarden browser extension, and they enable the extension to fill form fields with the user’s data and detect new logins to store in Bitwarden. We are looking for a Front-End Engineer to join a team that is responsible for maintaining and continually improving these parts of our product, ensuring that they grow to provide seamless integration with the latest web UI patterns across all browsers.

This is an all-remote team, and we are looking for someone based in North America. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become an expert and authority on Bitwarden’s browser extension autofill and form change detection
  • Develop and maintain a full suite of browser UI automation tests
  • Continually improve the autofill and form detection experience as new UI patterns emerge
  • Participate in code reviews, learning and spreading technical knowledge
  • Occasionally contribute bug fixes submitted by the user community

WHAT YOU BRING TO BITWARDEN

  • Deep understanding of browser UI behavior, including familiarity with DOM manipulation and content scripts
  • Proficiency in TypeScript with a modern framework like Angular (preferred), React, or Vue
  • Understanding of browser extension development

Bitwarden seeks a Sales Leader to scale our rapidly growing U.S. Enterprise team. This role will primarily have you focus on managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives who employ the following sales motions:

  • Direct sales, including bottoms-up product-led selling and top-down enterprise sales

  • Channel sales involving resellers, distributors and managed service providers

The Bitwarden go-to-market strategy combines fully automated self-service with sales-assisted facilitation and deal closing. The Enterprise Sales Leader will commit themselves to building and managing a world-class group of sellers. We seek a candidate that is committed to working on deals with Account Executives, with a dedication to coaching and training and adherence to our sales playbook. We also seek an individual who will translate insights from across deals to steer playbook improvements, change management, and product enhancements.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and developer of sales talent – someone who has consistently overachieved in high-growth environments and has actively contributed to building high-performance selling organizations as Bitwarden solidifies its market leadership. This role will report to our Chief Sales Officer.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated sales professional with strong sales skills and channel experience to join our team. WHAT YOU BRING TO BITWARDEN

  • Located in the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience.  IT security product experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • Experience at a startup or pre $100M revenue company is desirable
  • A proven track-record of driving continued partner growth and revenue
  • Knowledge and strong relationships with SMB and SME focused resellers and MSP partners within a multistate region will be necessary
