We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role will help level up our business reporting, play a major role in financial planning and analysis, and support key decision makers at the company. For this newly created role, we’re looking for a self-starter to create new reporting and forecasting solutions for the Finance team and our business partners across the organization.

Some things you'll do

  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting, annual financial planning, and long-range planning
  • Build and maintain custom reports/dashboards by department, identify budget variances, and suggest appropriate actions as needed
  • Help prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings and reporting for company leadership
  • Partner with Accounting team to support month-end close
  • Streamline manual financial reporting processes, and create new dashboards that provide greater insights on business trends
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision making across the organization
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for reporting enhancements and process improvements

About you

  • Analytical mindset with a penchant for problem solving and working with large amounts of data
  • Bias for action, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
  • Enterprise SaaS experience, and experience working in fast-paced, scaling organizations are a plus
  • Investment banking, consulting experience, or corporate FP&A experience preferred

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience
  • Experience building and maintaining complex financial models, and producing management-level reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of financial planning tools (Adaptive, Mosaic, Anaplan, etc.), and experience with data analytics and visualization platforms (Sigma, Looker, etc.)
  • Advanced skills with Google and Microsoft Suite (Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.)

We are looking for a high-energy individual, to join our partnerships team as a Strategic Channel Account Manager working with our highest priority partners on the East Coast of North America. We currently work with 100+ Implementation and Marketing agencies globally to close new business and support our existing client base. You will be the face of Customer.io, working with existing partners, acquiring new ones, and attending industry events to source and close new prospects. You will be responsible for 1) Generating partner-sourced opportunities and managing end-to-end sales cycles 2) Holding a closed revenue quota from partner-sourced opportunities 3) Enabling partners to lead sales cycles for Customer.io 4) Supporting partners to level up in our Partner Program 5) Providing as much value as possible to our partners through revenue share, co-selling, referrals, and marketing.

Competencies / Qualifications

  • Located on the East Coast of North America, preferably (i.e. Toronto, NYC, Boston, Miami, Austin, or surrounding areas)
  • 2+ years experience in an Account Executive or sales-focused partnership role
  • Up to 20% of travel within your designated region
  • You have experience running full sales cycles and working with partners

Hi, I’m Kevin! I lead the Account Management team here at Customer.io. We’re looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our growing team.

As an Associate Account Manager at Customer.io, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll work with your assigned accounts to ensure their needs are met, manage renewals, and identify growth opportunities. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in account management while collaborating with teams across Customer.io, such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

We don’t need you to be an expert in everything, but rather someone eager to learn, passionate about customer satisfaction, and ready to help our clients succeed. You’ll be supported every step of the way as you take on challenges and grow in your role.

Some things you'll do:

  • Build Relationships: You’ll be the go-to person for your clients, managing their accounts and renewals while collaborating with the Customer Success team to strengthen client connections and support their growth with Customer.io.
  • Support Growth: Collaborate with Account Managers to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and pipeline health, ensuring we’re always working towards growth and success.
  • Track Progress: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your accounts, spotting any potential issues early and working with the team to find solutions.
  • Be There for Clients: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and issues, and collaborate with billing to manage account-related matters and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Learn and Grow: Stay on top of industry trends, expand your skills in account management, and look for ways to contribute to the team’s success.

About you:

  • You’re a strong communicator, able to convey ideas clearly and build rapport with clients and teammates alike.
  • You’re tech-savvy, and if you’ve used CRM tools or worked in a SaaS environment, that’s a plus!

Some things you'll do...

  • Take over qualified leads from our outbound and inbound sales teams; run discovery calls (qualifying through MEDDPICC) and full sale cycle to close customers.

  • Schedule and perform online demos with qualified prospects.
  • Uncover key business needs and problems, match Customer.io's solutions and features

About you...

  • A minimum of 2 years as a top performer in a B2B Saas based Account Executive role, ideally within the Marketing Technology landscape.
  • Proven track record of quota and goal achievement.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar sales framework.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as a professional and engaging phone presence.

A bit about how we work...

We get data into our Snowflake warehouse though a mix of scalable SaaS ETL tools (Stitch, Customer.io’s Data Pipelines) and engineering-managed data pipelines for data originating from our production systems. We curate that raw data into an analytics layer using dbt and then build charts and dashboards on top of that layer in Sigma or build Mixpanel dashboards based on product usage events. Sometimes we'll take that data into Sheets to build a forecast or pipe it into a specialized tool for more exploration. We're always interested in exploring new ways to unearth insights.

As our new Senior Product Data Analyst, you will...

  • Own our Product Analytics data catalogue and work with various EPD squads to ensure we’re tracking the right things in the right way to generate valuable insights.
  • Review our PLG customer journey, the data we have available, inclusive of quality, and make a plan to improve data quality and comprehensiveness to deliver a clean PLG channel dashboard and funnel.
  • Study our existing product analytics and usage data to align the team around specific “aha” moments that drive desired outcomes and metric definitions for those outcomes. You would then use these findings and metrics to, for example, work with our Growth squad to devise a series of experiments to decrease time to aha for newly onboarding self-serve customers.
  • Work with our Growth squad to create a framework for managing experiments within the PLG funnel and provide recommendations around the team’s experimentation calendar and specific experiments.
  • Work with various EPD squads to understand the impacts of changes to the product experience on outcomes like retention and customer experience or input metrics that drive those outcomes.
  • Solve other data problems for the company as-needed.

  • 2+ years of experience supporting product teams
  • 2+ years of experience uncovering data insights to form hypothesis, designing product experiments, evaluating results and making recommendations
  • Multiple years of experience working with Product Analytics tools like Mixpanel and Amplitude and a point of view on what belongs there vs a general purpose BI tool.
