Elevate strategic conversations with CXOs, leveraging Boomi C-Suite insights to reinforce value and align with executive priorities.
  • Triaging and Escalation Management:  Expertly manage business escalation by quickly assessing business impacts and effectively translating them into prioritized action items. Facilitate communication of solutions to customers and lead cross functional coordination to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Deliver Business Reviews and Value Assessments: Conduct regular reviews to showcase qualitative and quantitative achievements, measurable outcomes, and platform benefits. The Experience you bring:

Education

  • Ability to understand and address complex technical challenges and translate technical value into business impact
  • 4+ years of experience in technical roles such as a Customer Success Manager, Solution Architect, Consultant, Systems Engineer, or Technical Account Manager with a focus on enterprise integration in the SaaS or related industry
  • Demonstrated acumen to proactively identify competitor influence within accounts.
  • Strong data acumen to interpret platform features, capabilities, and usage data, identifying leading and lagging adoption trends.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-level customers through complex digital transformation initiatives, including data integration and automation projects.

Role overview

This role will entail selling our products and services to dealerships across Canada. The Account Executive will be strong at presenting CarGurus offerings and benefits as an inside sales professional (primarily over the phone and also via email with some visits to Canada for face-to-face meetings). This is a 'hunting' role – responsible for prospecting new business/building their own pipeline and looking after a dedicated book of business.

Enterprise Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned region.

We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to drive the building of the Boomi business in Malaysia, Indonesia and Greater China.

These territories will be primarily Partner Led, the individual will need to work very closely not on with existing and new Partners but also with; Sales, Partner Enablement, Marketing, PSO and General Managament to ensure the success of Boomi, our Partners and our Customers in these markets.

The suitable individual will enjoy the challenge of driving a market leading business like Boomi into these exciting new territories and to leverage all of the Boomi assets that are at our disposal.

What you will achieve;  

  

As a Partner Business Development Manager, you will work with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies and business opportunities, all in the service of optimizing sales execution so that service level agreements are met.  

  

You will:

  • Work with our Partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies and business opportunities
  • Manage the Partner relationship, engagement and achievement of joint objectives through the partner planning process
  • Identify cost-effective and practical alternatives for the Partner(s) by bundling products/service “solutions” to maximize our opportunity while meeting customer’s needs
  • Work with our Sales teams to drive all lines of business, removing technical barriers, architecting business solutions and bringing forward new business
  • Develop and implement strategies and sales campaigns for targeted accounts

Essential Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of related field sales experience.
  • Fluent in Bahasa or Malay
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior level leadership and executives

What You'll Do

Partner daily with the Channel & Alliances team to leverage data, tools and tech to support the execution of the team strategy  

Implement and review the key KPIs and metrics that are critical to the success of our growth plan  

Work cross functionally to project manage the launch of critical initiatives such as the redesign of our partner community, the successful adoption of channel and sales tools, etc.   

Support the growth of our ever-expanding sales force by ensuring partner program goals are tracked and opportunities for improvement are identified  

Act as the subject matter expert in partner program change efforts  

Collaborate with partner enablement on key initiatives  

Find areas for efficiencies and scale  

  

The Experience Your Bring  

7+ years of Sales/Revenue/Partner Operation experience  

Highly organized with ability to own multiple projects and with bias toward automation and scale  

Understanding of standard operations functions: deal desk, commissions, analytics, etc.   

Experience with partner operations systems, processes and data best practices  

Ability to provide strategic partnership to field leadership and aid in removing obstacles for team productivity  

Systems and automation oriented (Salesforce, Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.)  

Creative problem solver, who can leverage prior experience and logic to get to the best, fastest outcome possible  

Bachelor’s degree

Compensation

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $113,089 - $141,372 annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.

How You'll Make An Impact  

  

As a Commercial Sales Manager at Boomi, you will manage a team of sales professionals responsible for selling Boomi products, solutions, and services. You will represent, communicate, and execute sales strategies and be responsible for creating a high-energy culture as you drive the team to generate new pipeline and position Boomi products and services.

What You'll Do

  • Direct the efforts of sales makers in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group
  • Provide direction, development and inspiration to team members in the organization; Motivate and drive team members to exceed performance objectives
  • Understand the market in which Boomi operates, including our business, industry, and competitors, and use that knowledge to plan for the future
  • Drive a superior customer experience by delivering technology solutions tailored to customer needs while removing barriers and driving strategic alignment in the group
  • Work with the Commercial leadership team and Marketing to implement and execute a sales plans, campaigns, and strategy to generate net-new pipeline and revenue
  • Review sales/pipeline generation results, discuss sales strategies and lead sales and product training sessions

The Experience You Bring

  • 5+ years of relevant technology sales experience
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience
  • Strong track record of sales experience in a quota-driven sales capacity, preferably in technology sales
  • Experience in developing top sales talent
  • Proficient with CRM tools – SFDC preferably
  • Understanding of MEDDPIC selling skills is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Compensation

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) ranges from $220,000- $275,000 CAD annually (inclusive of commission). Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
